Cons: They said someone called in the middle of the night using my name and they let them cancel my flight. No refund, no other flight. I had to walk over to southwest and purchase a $600 flight just to get to my destination.

Cons: Never ever am fliying with volaris airlines they charge for everything for seats for food and service horrible they didnt let me carry my little ourse i had on the side like really bad experience

Cons: This flight was cancelled. They sent me an email asking me to call a phone number to get re-booked, but the number was unavailable for the two hours after the email was sent, and then when I finally got through later in the evening, I waited on hold for an hour, nobody picked up, and I eventually needed to move on with my life.

Cons: The pilot was too aggressive in regards to the take off and landing, landing was way too hard and fast

Pros: The Jetstar flight was smooth and on time.

Cons: Fukuoka and Narita airports had terminals that weren’t connected by a train or even an indoor path. It was covered but it was cold in Narita and Fukuoka required a slow shuttle.

Pros: Ddd the pilot just start working for American Airline? Worst landing ever in many years of travel working for FAA! The guy need to get more training for sure.

Pros: Everyone was nice, boarding was smooth, and we even landed early. Great flight.

Cons: Nothing was bad about the trip really. Crew did a fine job.

Pros: Crew was efficient and personable.

Cons: Two and a half hour delay leaving EWR because aircraft was late from prior destination. UAL said FAA limited flights coming in due to weather. Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited.

Pros: The arrival gate was extemely close to the departing gate. I did not have to walk the usually long and exhausting distance from one terminal to another. Thank goodness.

Cons: Broarding was well organized by groups andmoved quickly. The choice of dinner was not an option. By the time the stewardess reached me, only pasta was left. But having italian gelato for dessert was an acceptable compensation. Breakfast ,however, was ho..hummm without any redeeming compensation. choice of beverages was refreshing.

Pros: The attendants were super sweet. I had hurt myself before the flight (nothing caused by the airline) and they were very accommodating. One of the workers pushed me in a wheelchair to luggage, which was super helpful. First time flitting on Jet Blue and it was a very positive experience.

Cons: There is a control on the armrest and I accidentally messed with my boyfriends controls (lowered the volume). Also, the touchscreen needs to be a bit more sensitive. I tried pausing the movie I was watching and it forewarned the movie. I tried to find the spot I was at but while pausing (announcements during the trip) it kept forwarding so I have up on that movie. Minor annoyance.

Cons: On the trip Mex to Bogota, the airplane belated to landed, around four hours after. First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time.

Cons: In the counter people were rude (as always) and the first guy that helped us didnt found us. A lot of time wasting and not much staff to check-in.

Pros: Comfortable seats, for a sardine can, but that is a given these super efficient cramming of people on the plane days. But the seats were clean and comfortable, the flight crew was professional, and the trip uneventful.

Cons: How we were all told after most were ay the gate it was changed to a different gate once there we were told that it would be ay least 2hr late for maintenance. I'm handicapped couldn't get around that was time I could have spent with my family and I was Hungary snf needed to use the restroom which couldn't use until boarding. Very unprofessional I wouldn't give a better grade than a d'- not sure if I would use this airline again. At least we could have comped a free soda and chips. Since the airline new that was happening ahead of time and we could have made choice our selves what to doyou people charge for or fee for anything we might want to change but it's ok for you to treat us poorly sincerely Eugenio Cortez

Pros: So now we check in on line. Check in at Terminal 2 Then at the gate the West Jet staff do repeats calls asking for people to check in. The shuttle from Terminal 2 to 3 seems unnecessary, especially with the set of stairs to bus shuttle. A bit dangerous to line up on stairs especially for the elderly managing bags etc. Lower price on checked bags and you will not have to do repeated call out for volunteers.

Pros: The night skyline from above as you fly into LAX is simply awe inspiring with the miles and miles of lights everywhere you look. Quick flight and no hassles.

Cons: The 3 rows of clubs seats ahead me were catered to quite well, but maybe a current dividing that and economy is necessary so you don’t feel so 2nd class.

Cons: Spirit, why the heck do you have me check in online, and then go to a kiosk to print a bag tag (which didn't print, by the way) then wait in another line to see an agent so I can drop off the bag? Check in took WAY too long.

Pros: The team aboard and how smooth and fast the flight after boarding was.

Cons: That it was delayed taking off. But, the time was made up after took off. Only 5 minutes late by the time we landed.

Cons: It was 1 hour delayed

Pros: Because the flight wasn't full we passengers in the main cabin had the chance to spread out a bit more, which was great on such a long flight. Also the flight attendant let me have my scotch for free! Hooray!

Cons: Without power at each seat it's difficult to take advantage of the otherwise free entertainment that is only accessible through the app or on a laptop. There was a DC power outlet at my seat (not all of the seats in the main cabin even have that) but guess what--it required a cigarette-lighter-style adapter to plug in. I certainly don't travel around with one of those! And most of the other seats in the main cabin had no access to power at all. My battery wouldn't possibly last through a 7-hour-plus flight without supplementary power. Oh well, fortunately there are still books and magazines. Just like old times. Be more like United or any other international airline, American!

Cons: Poor they lost my luggage. They did not allowed me to take my suitcas whit me because the plan was too small. I never travel again whit amercan airlines

Cons: Check in crew was so inflexible, and demanding. She wanted me to open a careful-sealed box just to take a pound out. Whrist my other luggage was only 48 pounds! I understand it is part of my fault not to be careful when weigh the boxes but she should have asked nicely. I would rate 0 for the bad behavior. This is not a first time I have bad experienced with United Airlines. I would not recomend this airlines.
