Cons: The lavatory smelled of urine, which made the flight on the last back row seats quite uncomfortable. Never experienced anything like this before.

Cons: We had a different plane with narrow seats - ok for me but not the person beside me. Nothing but tea or coffee - all food and beverage had to be purchased. My experience. Uncomfortable and hungry.

Cons: Dozens of passengers, myself included, were forced to check their carry-ons at the gate and pay for it due to Norwegians strict weight policy. To be honest this felt like I was being swindled and it ruined the rest of the experience for me. Do not be tempted by the low fares they offer.

Cons: The boarding process could be better organized. There is just one large line and it’s like a free for all. There are zones on the tickets but they didn’t board by the zones

Cons: Don’t overbook trafficking of flights, I barely made my connection. My colleague missed this same flight last week and had to spend the night in Zürich. I hope this is not a trend because I will not fly Swiss anymore, as I can not have lost evenings due to flight delays.

While I know I will get a refund for Norwegian, not sure I will with the connecting flight. Had to go to a different airport and pay a lot more money and getting in a day. United

Pros: The person sitting next to me in the aisle seat moved so I had a window seat and free access to the aisle so I could use the bathroom when I wanted which let me stay hydrated on the plane. This was great. Crew was overall pretty responsive and helpful. Never a line for bathroom

Cons: The departure was delayed because of weather in Houston. If the Houston flight to SJC would have waited than we could have avoided other delays

Cons: The checkin process is awful if you fly basic economy. This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online.

Cons: When we went to check in (right at 24 hours), our family of three was separated across the plane in middle seats—and they wouldn’t seat us together unless we paid extra to upgrade our ticket. The ticket agent said the plane was full and there was nothing they could do. It was very frustrating.

Cons: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!

Cons: On the Copenhagen-Milan leg, since I was in the cheap seats, even water cost; $3 for a bottle of water. They couldn't even offer a cup of water for free? False economy. And I was told that I had to pay for my luggage at the airport, then it was $120 for 1 bag. Ridiculous!

Cons: On the eve of my departure, I was informed that my return flight had been cancelled and rescheduled without: any offer of compensation, or, an offer of alternative flight arrangements. Pleas to address the situation were totally ignored. This, I believe, is an unconscionable way to run an airline.

Food was not what it should have been for 1st class There was no wall between 1st class and coach giving little privacy when I worked my laptop. it was in direct view of the middle seat in coach

Cons: The flight was cancelled and Florence airport staff was extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I spent 12 hours in the airport before getting to Zurich. Won’t get to Chicago until 24 hours after my planned arrival. If I something important then hell would’ve been raised.

Cons: Not enough leg room, room between seats and the chair didn't recline enough to be comfortable. A little claustrophobic. More movie options and more drink service would be an improvement.

Cons: The on screen ordering was not flawless by any stretch. Logan was clogged upon on time arrive, so we waited in the area for 20 min until a gate opened. Tough on those who were anticipating toilet access upon arrival. Other than those, I'd fly them again for certain.

Cons: The airline overbooked the premium cabin, but did not alert us until we were at the gate. 15 people were involuntarily shifted to economy, with a promise for future compensation. The service was average. The seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. I will not fly Norwegian Air again.
