Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Both to our destination and back, my wife and I both had faulty touch screens that would not allow one of us to watch the free movies. Mine was on the way to our destination and hers didn't work on the way back. This made the flight long for one of us. That stuff should be checked on a regular basis."

But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."

Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."
Pros: "I had ordered a dairy - free vegetarian meal for the international flight. Initially the attendant brought me a vegetarian meal with cheese, part of the regular meal options, then she found the one with my seat number that was dairy - free. It was quite tasty! And I was grateful, since I would not have been able to eat the meal with dairy. It is not a preference, dairy makes me ill. The delay departing from Brussels caused us to miss our connecting flight to Denver, but our provided hotel accommodations in NY were quite comfortable. One item of note: The LaGuardia staff person, who made our arrangements for the overnight stay, said there was a shuttle from the hotel to JFK ( where our flight was in the morning), so she did not give us a travel voucher for the morning. The Hotel only has a shuttle to LaGuardia; it never has a shuttle to JFK. It seems the staff person should have known that. When we called Delta to ask how we should handle that, Delta kindly offered us reimbursement; it was just a phone call and a mailing for us and for Delta that was extraneous. Our interaction with the staff person was entirely pleasant, we were just surprised that there was misinformation."

Cons: "When I arrived to check in at 5:48am for my 6:20am flight, I was treated very poorly. The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

They ran out of room before more than half the plane was boarded."

The bag check process was trouble at both legs. They have lower weight limits than the major carriers and that really should be highlighted better when you book with Allegiant. Also, bag checkin for the flight I was on started at 7:45am. There were only 2 people at the checkin counter and one of them was busy doing something and ignoring the customers. So that was a little annoying."

Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again."

The United employee seemed put off when we let her know my wife & I wanted to check out two carry on bags. After my wife had her bag checked the United Employee looked at me & said “let me have it” while pointing at my right side that was holding my back pack & ticket. I misunderstood because I replied “I am not checking my backpack, only my suitcase.” The United employee said “no, your ticket” which caused an awkward silence of confusion & everyone surrounding us to look at me like I had said something wrong when in fact it was then United employee that was unclear with her words. I handed her my ticket & the other United employee proceeded to tag my wife’s suitcase but not mine looking at me like I was crazy for offering mine up. Out of further embarrassment & frustration I ended up carrying my suitcase on the plane. The seats on the plane felt like I was sitting against a piece of plywood. If I could give comfort zero stars I would. Terrible customer service & terrible comfort."

Got to the airport and waited in a HUGE line to hand my bags over because they only had ONE person working their counter. In the airline you have to pay for all drinks, nothing was complimentary, the sit did not recline and there were no screens to watch tv. When you put up the arm rests to try to get comfortable they jam into your back. I paid to uphrase my seat and I sat in the same kind of seat as the rest of the plane. When we landed after everyone had stood in the Isle and was ready to get out they made everyone go back to their seats because there were unaccompanied minors on the plane which they should have made an announcement prior to landing because it wastep a ton of time. I paid for this flight because I thought it was the best deal, after adding up all the stupid hidden fees I would call this a complete wash and the worst flight experience I have had. I won't be referring anyone to this airline and I will not use frontier again."
