I really enjoyed the food and the entertainment. this was the best international flight I have taken so far.

they provide such a great service so that I cannot find anything else to complain.
The flight wasn’t on time it was delayed for 2 hour , and the landing was very scary
Connection time was 1h 50 mn coz and still didnt catch my next plan It took me 3 hours to get to the transfer desk in Turkish airline and another 3 hours to be in the hotel. I not recommend it after this bad experience
Convenience and price
On the flight from Kabul to Instabul the tray tables were rickity and the TV screens did not work.
Not full. Kind crew.
The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer.
Flight was unremarkable in every good way. Food was above expectations and the crew was exceptional.
Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run.
There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier.

Having to pay for a glass of wine with dinner... every other airline I fly gives free alcoholic beverages

The economy seats are more comfortable than average transatlantic flights on other airlines, albeit far from perfect. The meal was nicer too. The crew both onboard and on land was nice and attentive.
The entertainment system is slow and the selection of films to watch could be better.
Food provided. Enough overhead bin space for bags. Newish plane. On demand entertainment screen.
Couldn’t change seat at checkin so couldn’t sit next to husband on a separate reservation. Not many new movies.

I like Finnair, the crew, the service.
I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!
UNCOMFORTABLE BED AND SERVICE
Most Improved Player - Finnair has done the best experience in overall long haul flights out of the 40plus airlines I have flown in the last 3 years; brand new planes, nice and diverse cabin crew, beautiful lightings videos details chocolates etc, best entertainment system in the industry, and things always go smooth in Helsinki airport. Awesome imrpovement over recent years.
Big struggle for airlines still remains varying quality customer service. Finnair still seems to struggle with this occasionally. Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)

Leg room. Direct flight from Europe. Drink services were a lot better than our outbound flight.
Plane was incredibly old for a long haul flight, with no power socket and extremely outdated TV's. Seats were dirty and small. We were in row 34 (middle of the plane over the wing) and when they got to us with the food options, they had already run out of the second choice on both occasions. On the first service, we asked the attendant if the food had any fish/seafood ingredients (due to allergies) and she said no. We then read on the lid of the food tray that there was a possibility of fish traces so my husband could not eat it. When we told the attendant about it she told us they didn't have anything else. Hard to believe there was nothing they could do, we've never experienced this issue before. We then asked another flight attendant if there was any food available for purchase but she said no. Luckily, she was able to find a vegetarian dish that my husband could eat. We're grateful that she found this as the next food service was not until 6 hours later. Sad that we had to ask again, we were expecting that they cared a little more. Overall, BA didn't meet our expectations unfortunately. This was a trip to Europe in which we took 4 BA flights and overall, the experience was of that no better than a low cost. Would have a hard time thinking of choosing this airline again.
I didn't get to fly. Missed the flight. And asked to postpone for a fee. The airline wouldn't. I purchased a new ticket from another airline.
