The agents were super helpful. I was traveling with my mother inlaw who needed whell chair assisstance. The help and accomodation from the checkin crew, to the boarding crew and inflight crew was excellent.
It departed an hour and a half late because the crew got in late the previous night due to weather related problems. So we got into LA later than anticipated and traffic was much worse.
Good. I didn’t order food and there was no entertainment available.
Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.
We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.
Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant
There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.
I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!
Alexa provided her hand to help from the plane door until I could grab part of the interior to get to my seat
I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.
I had only one problem. The temperature on the flight was too COLD. I froze throughout the flight. I thought it might be only my problem but when I went to the restroom during the flight, I saw several people huddling in their jackets. A couple had their winter coats on and I was jealous since I had only a very light jacket.
The gentleman at the gate I think his name is RIE was exceptional
This flight was no comparison to our prior flight. I'm thinking it all has to do with the age of the aircraft.
2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
I wouldn't say I liked being forced to check my small roller bag at the gate; too many people had bags and were in a higher boarding group.
715PM departure was 2.5 hours late. Received hotel & food voucher but after we already booked a room. Entire team just seemed like they were 2-3 steps behind in execution, and notifcations.
