Pros: "We almost lost the flight because of long lines at customs and the crew waited for us and let us board the airplane."
Cons: "Food could be better"
Cons: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well"

Cons: "Online check in didn’t work."
Pros: "Got In ahead of schedule"
Cons: "The boarding process"
Pros: "Iberia offered the worst ever flight of my life"
Cons: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"
Pros: "Flight time"
Cons: "That I fly in Tourist"
Cons: "The plane was too cold. It doesn't matter they give you a blanket it's uncomfortable and a waste of energy"
Cons: "No free food or drink was offered."
Pros: "First time experience with Iberia. Very comfortable, friendly & good service."
Pros: "The seat, the screen, the plane. Premium Economy in Iberia is totally worth."
Cons: "The power source wasn't working, Premium Economy pax can't go to the Business class restroom, although is just next to their area and have to cross half of the plane for the 1st Economy class restroom."
Pros: "Once again, my minor child (5 years old) was not seated with me. I don’t understand. Her birthday is listed with her ticket. Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."
Cons: "My experience."
Pros: "Movie selection"
Cons: "Lack of water, food, attentiiveness, leg room, wife's lost luggage"
Pros: "Fast boarding, friendly staff, clean plane."
Cons: "Not even a tiny snack as complimentary for a 3h flight."
Cons: "Madrid to Tampa... Got the nursery. Lots of crying babies... must be immigrating to the US. Why don't they put all people with babies at the rear so the rest of us can nap? Not IB's fault, the customs at Miami came to a halt for an hour. 2000 people standing in line, missing connections. There was a shift change, most employees didn't show up for work. was told 'It's a special day'. Fortunately I was at the head of the line. A few of us were routed to someone who was surprised to see US citizens. As a consequence, the always slow MIA failed to transfer my luggage. Still waiting for it... Air travel is such a pain these days. I'm sure more would fly if it wasn't such a hassle."
Pros: "The staff was rude and not helpful. Check in was below standard."
Cons: "they book flight connections too close in madrid, resulting in big hassles, especially if passport control is also involved"
Cons: "Baggage lost is constantly a problem with Jerez Airport!"
Pros: "At least the lugagge arrived with yhe flight"
Cons: "Service on board, food"
Pros: "Nothing stands out."
Cons: "The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."
Cons: "late departure from boston resulted in late arrival in madrid.More than 12 passengers missed the connecting flight to malaga by about ten minutes. iberia could have delayed the flight to malaga and its customers would have had a much better day."
Pros: "The food for sale was better than average"
Cons: "The seats are by far the most constricted I’ve ever been in"
Cons: "Very hard to get any information about connective flights. I had 1 hour between the flights and I asked the assistant at the passport control to help me to get through, she said that everyone needs to stay in the same line. I pushed myself through, which I never do, and run all the way to the gate, and hardly made my flight. It is very hard to get any information because most employees don't speak English. I will never fly with Iberia again. I would rather pay more and fly with another company. I was very upset about my flying experience."
Pros: "Our flight to Bologna via Madrid on Iberia Airlines was wonderful from take off to landing! Friendly, courteous staff. Good food and entertainment."

Pros: "Food, entertainment (great monitors), new cabins."
Pros: "Small, easy airport. Less picky security than some."
Cons: "Older, more worn-out plane."
Pros: "Everything abou the airline. The boarding was quick, the flight crew were wonderful, the flight was clean and smooth."
Cons: "Passengers moved their seats all the way back without considering people behind them. Very small leg room."
Pros: "The crew was great and the flight was great also. As the plane wasn't full, I was able to move my seat and have two seats which was lovely. Thank you"
Cons: "It was freezing on the plane. I had a jacket on and socks and used two of the blankets and was still cold. I also had tried to contact Iberia to order a special meal, but was not able to get through on the line even though I tried for several days. I also was not able to figure out how to order a meal on-line. I was disappointed with the choices of movies."
Cons: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."
Pros: "The senior flight attendant was responsive."
Cons: "I paid for 2 tickets and 2 seats. My friend was ill but I didn't cancel her seat. I was not given the paid for aisle seat. I was given the middle seat and a last minute person was given my seat!"
Pros: "We were given opportunity to upgrade to business. Totally worth it"
Cons: "Food was just ok"
Pros: "Nothing in particular"
Cons: "4 hours too late"
Pros: "Madrid airport was modern, clean & very welllaid out"
Pros: "extremely kind personnel"
Cons: "the food was not like you would expect in Business Class, there was no pasta less although I was on raw 3!!!"
Pros: "It would be much better to get water more often and maybe a few snacks"
Pros: "Nothing about my flight was pleasant because of the inconvinience the've put us through"
Cons: "The people from Iberia told us to pay what we had to pay and that they'll give us our money back when we return. They payed me only for the taxi but for anything else. I lost more money than I was expecting and the people returnung the miney back to its clients were so disrespectful I really donmt want to use Iberia again."
Pros: "Customer service, food, comfort."
Cons: "Not a lot of movies to watch."
Pros: "These were actually American Airline Flights 90 and 89. I really had a very good experience with American and though they tend to be more expensive they seem to be worth it in terms of comfort and amenities. I am willing to spend the extra money on Anerican if they continue to provide better than average service."
Cons: "I was wondering why I paid Iberia for an American Airline ticket. I wondered if this was some way to avoid paying taxes by funneling an US registered corporation fees through a Spanish registered corporation. It didn't make sense to me. I'm not a huge fan of legal games to avoid responsibilities. Still, very good flights."
Pros: "My husband has trouble on planes due to his health. This flight was the most comfortable we have been on. My husband slept on the plane for the first time. We travel to Europe once a year and will be looking for this flight. Thank you!"
Cons: "The food could be better"
