Pros: I thought the flight was on time and comfortable. The cost of the flight was very reasonable and it beats driving.

Cons: The flight was supposed to leave out of Cortez at 6am, the pilot showed up at 620am, and we did not depart untill 635am. Because of this, we missed our next flight out of Denver. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak.

Cons: At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!

Pros: I've never traveled in a plane that sat 8 people but I was an exciting experience. Our pilot was excellent and the landings were so smooth. Boarding was a breeze since there were only 3-7 passengers. I would definitely fly with Boutique again.

Cons: Scheduled to fly Cortez, CO to Phoenix at 10am xmas morning. Delayed until 11:40. At 11 it was delayed another hour. At 12 it was delayed another hour. At 1 it was delayed another hour. At 2:30 it was cancelled. Ridiculous lack of communication. We assumed it was weather, but eventually they told us it was mechanical. We had to drive 7 hours to get to our vacation, mostly at night, partially in a snowstorm with icy roads, and of course the 8 hours home later in the week. If we had known they would cancel in the morning it would have been much less stressful for all. Or better yet - have some airplanes on hand in case of mechanical failure!!

Cons: The flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight in Denver. I then had to pay $165 to change my flight. None of the airlines helped waive this fee. This is Boutique's responsibility as the delay was due to "not having enough fuel to get to Denver." This should have been accounted for prior to the 10min before the flight was supposed to depart. I am incredibly disappointed with Boutique and the lack of customer service.

Cons: I'll admit, I was arrived some what close to the cut-off time but still had around 50 minutes to spare before boarding my flight. Staff was unable to provide me a printed version of my boarding pass. In result, I was not able to make my flight. Boutique air refuses to address the matter.

Flight departure was moved to 10:30 AM and later to 12:30 PM without giving any reason for the delay to the hundreds of passengers that arrived at the airport between 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM to meet the airlines requirements. Poor performance by Jet blue. Lost of time and money for me. Thumps down. Blue is my favorite color, live up to it.

Cons: I came to the airport 11:30am asked to rebook for earlier flight which wasn’t possible unless 75$ charged. I decided to wait till 4:16pm departure that ended being 3:50 am the next day. Meanwhile it took several hours to receive water and pretzels, pizza finally came after 9 hr wait(which gave me heartburn). Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!

Pros: Clean airplane and great flight attendants!!! Love the fact that it has extra room for legs which makes flying so much easier. Price per checked in bag is very reasonable and allow people to check in bags rather then carrying extra large bags on the plain as pretend carry on.

Pros: The flight was delayed due to some maintenance issues. Staff were friendly calm and helpful to the extent they could be with something out of their control. The company rerouted a different plane to take us since ours was going to be so late, turning a 2 1/2 hr delay into just a 1 hr delay. Boarding was super efficient, in flight service excellent. They comped us our headphones because of the delay, a nice touch. This is my 3rd great customer service experience with JB in as many months (the other 2 involved waiving charges to change flights, once gor me when I was suddenly ill, and for my cousin, when a changed circumstance made her need to travel on a different day, alone with 4 kids). Between Kayak and JetBlue app I got very frequent updates on flight status, but gate staff also were there and informed us in person.

Cons: My husband & I were in Row 5 & in last boarding group. When we got to our seats, all of the overhead bins were filled all the way back to Row 8. So, we put our suitcases up there. When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!

I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. Pros: Having just exited the AeroMexico flight that came across as unprofessional, it was refreshing to get on a Delta flight. It was not really exceptional, but it met my expectations. The Delta agent on the telephone on the day before our flight WAS exceptional, as she tried valiantly to get us checked in to a flight that had been changed (by Aeromexico) several times. Delta was also exceptional in helping us retrieve our luggage after AeroMexico lost it.
Cons: The noise by the engines in the back section on the Delta flight was rather unbelievable. As a physician, I think it was likely physically damaging to our hearing. If this interior aircraft noise can’t be avoided, I think earplugs should be offered to passengers in those seats.

Cons: When I pay more for a direct flight, I expect my flight to be non stop. Delta changed my flight and added a layover but I didn't receive any recompense from the airline. Seems very odd.

Pros: Delta always seems to have the most legroom between the seats - Even more than our transatlantic flight! The crew is always friendly and helpful, and nearly all our flights on Delta were on time or early.

There was a problem getting on, they allowed premium members to board but when I got to the plane, I was scolded by the cleaning crew lady (maybe the Mgr) that they were not ready and that she had informed 'them' of that and that no one is allowed to board while they are cleaning.

Pros: Free food for all on this flight! Turkey sandwich was actually quite good! Great legroom, flight attendants, and pilot. Free great movie for all.

Other airlines (like JetBlue) block out adjacent sears and give snacks in individual bags but this... I flew several times since the pandemic began and this was by far the worst. What a joke of an airline. Never flying them again

Pros: After the initial delay, the female desk agent got us on another connecting flight without a problem. Second flights attendant was also great.
Cons: They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed.

Cons: Got to Philly - no one there - rushed 2 concourses and plane still there with daughter on-board. They gave away our seats, told us we would not get on, would not get our baggage and would not get put up in a hotel. Because of the NBA draft - had to travel 60 miles to New Jersey for a hotel. Lost a day, lost 2 tours, endured additional hotel costs...and the attendant made it clear she was on overtime and we just needed to move on. American Airlines is too big and consolidation of airlines has not been good for the public.

Pros: It was an early flight and it was very quick I experienced some difficulty during the flight with hypoglycemia, the male flight attendant was not as attentive to my needs as the lady was who recognized the potential disaster that could have occurred and aided me while following up at the end of the flight.
Cons: Uncomfortable, no food or drinks were served, no entertainment for the duration of the flight.

Cons: The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again.

We immediately called and spoke to a British Airways agent and also a supervisor who was understanding and kind enough to accommodate us by reserving seats on a later connecting flight with American Airlines from Philly to Phoenix. We did not receive a confirming email and ended up calling back. We were then told that Vouchers will be waiting for us at the Philadelphia airport with our names.
Cons: When we checked in at Athens airport there was no information available for our connecting flight in Philadelphia. The AA counter was chaotic, the agents were rude and had changed our seats to 2 separate areas. When we arrived in Philadelphia there were no vouchers waiting for us. The only thing that the agent could find were seat assignments . We stood in line over an hour waiting for her to figure out what had happened and almost missed our connecting flight . Even though my daughter was in a wheelchair with a brace on her leg and in pain, the agent at the counter was not very empathetic at all. The agent also kept saying that this was not correct somebody made a mistake to tell us we were booked and that person will get in trouble. Eventually she spoke with the supervisor and gave us 2 boarding passes.

During two beverage services she did not ask me if I wanted anything but simply looked at me with disdain and sighed loudly. She wasn't rude; just not friendly and I never once saw her smile. She seemed tired and annoyed. I understand that feeling. I've been a FA for 16 years, still junior at my company, but it reminded me how important body language and facial expressions are when we work hospitality and customer service in the public eye. I hope everything is ok with her and I'm sorry if I did something that irritated her. I didn't get her name.

All should of went well from there but they sent me to the wrong gate. Luckily I just made it to the correct gate for boarding. Upon arriving at Chicago there was no one available to provide information on how to get to Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up

Pros: Equipment was an A330. I was seated in Row 11 and had priority boarding. As a result, I had considerable leg room and not trouble finding overhead space. Seating in the back has several inches less "pitch" between seats. A330s provide a very smooth ride.
Cons: Food: Salad was good, you could taste the arugula. Chicken, once you scrape off the barbecue sauce, was decent. The rest of the lunch did not seem worth eating. The best option if you are hungry is to either eat in the terminal or bring something you do enjoy with you. The movie selection had nothing you likely have not seen already. Be aware that sometimes PHL moves slowly. We waited over 5 minutes for the plane door to open. Bags took about 40 minutes to come up. There were no lines at immigration. Connecting in less than 2 hours can be iffy.

Pros: I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips.

I was skipped for receiving refreshments, the plane had interior panels falling off. The second flight didn't have enough fuel for a 40 minute flight. The pilot told us that we were delayed for rain for 10 minutes but we did not have enough fuel to circle around. As a result we came back to Philadelphia. I missed a graduation party as a result. I had a poor experience. The flight attendants did not greet me on entrance or exit.

Cons: 1980's 757. Literally, I flew on planes like this in the 80's. American, please get with it. This was a horrendous flight. No in flight entertainment at all in 2016 on a 9+ hr. flight is unacceptable. Couple that with 1.25 hour delay AFTER the plane boarded. You should not be flying narrow body jets on flights this long. Much less ones with old, uncomfortable seats and zero entertainment options. I don't mean to sound entitled but this experience was night and day in every capacity (comfort, food, service, entertainment) from my flight to Europe on BA. Sad. Lastly, I sat next to a off duty American flight attendant who was quite rude.

So I went there and told one of the employee of United airlines that I just need to drop off my lugggaes and she saw the stickers on my bags and told to used the kiosk and print again a new tags because the one attached was already old, but the stickers attached printed pittsburgh, while I'm trying to print another one, a nice employee from ANA saw me and asked me if I need help, she told me I don't need to print another one , I just need to drop off the bags. She's so nice and helpful to assist me .No one told me about this in Manila so I don't need to experience the inconvenience in the first place.

When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually.

It took precious time to load passengers 1 group at a time while bags were checked. Once airborne I saw I only had 10 minutes or less to make my connection in Newark, which I inevitably missed. Poorly scheduled. Many passengers missed connections. It would have been much quicker and easier to advise passengers to check bags at the gate BEFORE the plane arrived knowing it was overbooked. I'm very disappointed in how the entire boarding was handled given the time constraints.

That was very frustrating. she finally got to us, asked us to come up to the kiosk with her, wasn't been able to help us and then put us back in the end of the line! The lady who was able to help us in the end just said "it was just disconnected." I have no idea what it means but considering that on our way in we had to be on "standby" because the flight was overbooked. the total impressing from United is very poor.

Cons: Good -- but my flight from Pittsburgh to STL was not so good. My flight was delayed HOURS. I was supposed to get to my destination by 10pm. I did not get there until 1am. I was so so tired and cold sitting in the airport. I felt like we would never leave. That was definitely a disappointment.

Cons: We were diverted from Pittsburgh because of fog. Other flights landed shortly thereafter from other airlines which was frustrating, but a short delay did not ruin the day. We landed instead at Dulles. After sitting and waiting for hours we were finally all put back on the plane. Then we taxied out before the pilot told us they were over their hours or something along those lines and couldn't submit the paperwork necessary to take off. We went back to the gate and were told to wait some more in case there were more pilots. No more pilots came. No more flights were available. Instead we all hovered either around the gate desk or the customer service desk where we were told we couldn't be helped. We were instead forced to pile onto buses nearly 5 hours after we had landed at the wrong airport. We then spent another 6 hours on the road driving to Pittsburgh on a bus that was crowded and hot because the air conditioning kept failing. Because of some fog and a lot of incompetence, I arrived in Pittsburgh over 12 hours after I was supposed to. My trip in total lasted 20 hours from my flight in Seattle taking off. I missed an important event for the wedding that weekend, which was upsetting given the distance I had to travel and the amount of extra time I had scheduled in for myself, but the way we were treated was worse. There was no positive communication. Nobody knew anything. We were clearly an inconvenience that nobody knew what to do with so they just kept trying to push us off to the next person. It was infuriating and unacceptable I will never fly United again if I can possibly help it.
