Pros: Well the food was very good. Which i didn't expect how good it was. And the crew were nice people.

Cons: well we were delayed twice. One in Schiphol and the other in Philly. Wasted my time and everyone elses.

Cons: Delay, the waiting room was very hot, very small place for many gates. Not enough seats for rest until my flight comes

Pros: Crew was polite, Captain was helpful.

Pros: Flight itself was fine

Cons: My flight to Atlanta was delayed which caused me to miss my flight to Seattle. The next earliest flight was booked so had to catch another flight several hours later. No one from Delta offered any sort of compensation.

Pros: The flight was actually ahead of time!

Pros: The efficiency of having my boarding pass on my phone (Apple Wallet). The Kayak and Delta apps streamlined perfectly and I was able to check in and pay for luggage through Kayak! I just need to do better at checking my phone due to both apps sending me updates about flight delays and luggage locations

Cons: Lack of space from being confined to the middle seat but the passengers next to me were nice and the plane ride was over before I realized it.

Pros: The team did their best to board the passengers and expedite cargo.

Cons: Delay. Wasn't sure if pillows had to paid for.

Cons: My flight was delayed leaving Pittsburgh and my connecting flight was delayed as well heading to Boston. There were no apparent weather issues so the delay was surprising.

Cons: Recent airline corporation consolidation has greatly reduced consumer choice. The surviving major airlines, in their effort to cut costs, sacrifice quality control and assurance. Pittsburgh's status as "no longer a major hub" was on full display here. United needed to have customer service agents available on site, but they did not. The review could easily turn into an essay on United's complete failure (ask the remaining passengers who were supposed to be on the PIT-IAD), but such a review would not change the state of affairs in the airline industry. I will be contacting United reps to lodge an official complaint.

Pros: This leg home had nice United staff but bumpy. I got seasick but the cabin folks were kind. The leg out in a small plane was bad with one surly female cabin aide. I will tell United in a separate correspondence.

Pros: The people were nice and friendly.

Cons: The seats don't recline and are incredibly uncomfortable. Even a soda, water, or small snack will cost you. A carry-on will cost you. I was very disappointed with Frontier, and won't fly with them again unless I have no remotely-similar price choice.

Cons: Flight took off three hours late. After we boarded the plane, we had to sit on the plane for over three hours before we finally took off. When you’re on a flight that’s already 15 hours long, the last thing you want to do is sit on the plane for an extra three hours for nothing.

Cons: The flight delay estimates were off and it was pushed back throughout the day. Staff members were going out of their way to ignore me when I was trying to switch flights and seemed to not be interested in helping. They kept telling me what I should have done with incomplete information rather than helping.

Cons: JetBlue used to board by row. I purposely chose a seat in the very back of the plane because I knew at LGB you can deplane from the back of the aircraft. I was unable to deplane from the back because they seated most people before me despite checking in early and my bag had to be put in the middle of the plane. My grandpa is in the ICU and I nearly missed visiting hours because of having to wait to deplane in the front.
