Delayed 2-3 hours. We boarded one plane, then had to deplane, and board another. Got to Houston 2 hours after the scheduled time at 2 am CST.
Other than delays by two-three hours it was good.
I like the crew Professionalism all the way from checking in, in the cabin. Very nice
Multi gate changes and flight delay were irritating. Food on board was terrible and expensive for what was offered.
I had to cancel my trip due to health reasons three days after making the reservation. I was stunned to find out that the ticket was not able to be credited for future travel. $734 loss. Not happy that this was not my experience with Southwest Airlines. I will stick with SW in the future. Boo Alaskan Air and Kayak.
Its bumpy but I can say its safe flight ,Thanks Alaska airline for bringing me in my destination😊.

Talk about boarding with ALOHA. The attendants at the counter and the flight crew were so cheerful and happy, it was good to go home with that little bit of friendly aloha I seem to not get on other flights. I have not flown Hawaiian Airlines for quite some time, but this was better than most of my flights back to the islands. I loved the comfortable seats, the updated videos that were so culturally integrated with necessary information. For example, how many times do you have to watch a flight attendant give the same ol spiel on how to use your seat buckle. Instead their modern video of actual flight attendants on a beach talking about how you should you operate your buckle. Or how about the kane dancing hula in the loi'i patches and talking about where the exits are on the plane. It was fantastic and entertaining. I also liked the fact that I was offered a breakfast sandwich that was quite tasty. Nowadays you have to spend $10 on anything inflight and it just gets so ridiculous with prices it was nice not to have to pay for a snack. I also liked the fact that for a nice sugar rush, Honolulu Cookie Company cookies were given. How is that for advertising? Love, love, and loved it even more. As a local I sure felt the spirit of Aloha on this trip coming home and I would never say no to flying Hawaiian Airlines again.
The used cups and wrappers weren’t picked up after the first two hours of 4 hr flight. I had the middle seat and had to ask the gentleman next to Me to hold the cup with water in it while I used got out of the seatt while I used the restroom.. At one point I asked attendant to take it and she said she’d be back but never did come back. Usually they pick up several times during flight.
The boarding gate is literally just an aisle to the concourse. There is no seating and it's shared with several other airlines. It's crowded, hot, and standing-room only. It's difficult to hear gate announcements over the PA system with too many other carriers crammed into a small space. I've enjoyed flying AA in the past on the west coast, but the BNA single gate experience is horrendous! Never again from BNA to SEA with AA.
