Liked the food. Needs improvement: 1) the flat bed was very hard and the set up was not at all passenger friendly 2) the announcement were impossible to understand even in English. 3) the flight information on the monitor was terrible it showed a airplane with no information like altitude, airspeed, heading. You could not zoom in or out to orient the aircraft to where you were in the flight. 4) movies were old and very limited as was the music selection.

This flight was operated by American Airlines. AA was completely unprepared for the crowds at DFW for Spring Break and were ridiculously understaffed. They had only three operating kiosks for self check-in, and ONE agent to handle hundreds (thousands?) of dropped off bags. She also had to do double duty to assist passengers at the kiosks. In comparison, flying on United Airlines at Christmastime was a much smoother experience.
Need new movies, a lots of them are 20-10 years old or older. It us a very long flight we need good entertainment. Please load more new movies!
Good and movies are so old. Needs to have more up-to-date movies.
It was an outstanding flight and service. The only thing is the seat cushion for economy could be a little more comfortable. More cushion.
Although delayed leaving the crew were lovely, comfort of the seats was excellent. Cabin was a little too warm but overall the best economy flight we have taken

Movie dis not play smoothly. During play, it was interrupted several times, and could not RESUME where I was.

The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.

Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.
Aircraft very cramped. Check-in was great with an agent helping us. Food was almost non-existent. Pre-flight went well once I got the app reloaded on my phone since we don’t fly much anymore.
I like that it got us where we were going. Everything else needed work. It was 1/2 hour late and we took off an hour late. The plane had to be cleaned and the disabled loaded on board before we could take off which took forever and then we sat at the terminal FOREVER before we took off. The ride was so bumpy that they couldn’t serve drinks and snack but to about 1/2 the plane. Seriously we should have flown out of Fort Lauderdale. We probably would’ve gotten home several hours earlier.

The boarding agents appeared to do the minimum customer service. They did not appear to try to find solutions to problems.
Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.
It was terrible because the flight was delayed for 3 hours.
Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.
Did not like the seat spacing. The seat was very narrow and tight.
United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average, Air canada food was much better than united.
Seat didn't recline all the way back. Very uncomfortable flight for 8 hours. The turbulence eliminated snack and food stops
Nothing exceptional but all good. Business class seats are like the domestic Mint class on Jet Blue. Comfortable but not exceptional. Food is good but not superb. Flight attendants were better than US carriers but that is to be expected. However, not the caliber of Asian or Middle Eastern airlines. Very Lufthansa like but Lufthansa has slightly better seats, even though they are hardly best in class
The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.
Any flight that gets from point A to B with no drama is excellent.
They cancelled our flight at the last minute due to mechanical issues. Rather, they “delayed” it till the next morning. A pain in the neck when traveling with two young children. Crew was really nice, which made up for it somewhat. This is the second flight from delta that was cancelled this year. Definitely going to fly another airline when possible
Got a much appreciated surprise upgrade to an exit row and the crew was very friendly and helpful.
I have not found it to be easy to set up on Wi-Fi with American Airlines. I don’t know if it is me or poor instructions.
Overall it was good. The plane was small and the flight attendants on the Clt to gso route were not that friendly

It was good. Flights were all on time to start and landed early. Connections were easy.
The agents at the gate were rude. The stwards were pleasant. The seats were comfortable. The tray table had crumbs on it. A passenger talked constantlt and very loudly for the entire flight annoying many passengers. The stewards did not ask her to speak in a lower voice but my travel partner did.

I had purchased a ticket that allowed one check bag yet I was still charged for my bag! the lady at the ticket counter was rude and condescending.

Literally the worst experience ever and I had my service dog with me. Flight was supposed to leave at 1:51 PM but the plane arrived late. They boarded us around 3 PM and kept us on the plane for an hour saying that due to weather conditions in Miami, we could not takeoff yet. After waiting for an hour, they deplaned. And then they will not give us our bags back that we could just leave and schedule for another flight. Every hour they kept updating saying we have to wait another hour without any explanation as to what was going on. Eventually, I went to customer service to change my ticket, but by the time I made it to the front of the line, they started boarding my flight again. And then when we got onto the flight, they said there were two flight attendants That were past their shift. They kept us on the plane for about another 40 minutes until they told us they had no other flight attendance and had to deplane again. Then I gave us hotel vouchers and told us we would be on a flight at 6 AM the next day. At this point it is about 9 PM. I get to the hotel with my dog, who hasn’t been able to go potty for about eight hours. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a text alert saying my flight has been canceled at 6 AM and they moved past to 5 AM, however the hotel shuttle doesn’t leave early enough to make it to the airport for 5 AM flight. So me and some other passengers got a cab after about three hours of sleep to get back to the airport. This was the worst experience ever.
Flight delayed at the last moment Hill next day and havé to drag at Hotel at our cost and bec day was again delayed 4 Times because no crée and no pilot
Flight delayed by 3 hours because of lack of available plane. So why were we notified on the morning of our departure? Is your scheduling that bad? We, in zone 4, were told to check in our 2 carry-ons because of lack of storage space in the plane. When we boarded the luggage spaces directly above us were empty and so were others. In fact there were many empty seats. If each passenger is allowed one carry-on why is that right revoked at the last minute at air Canada's whim? The AC app doesn't work. It refused to show our boarding passes, and track our luggage. In fact it indicated that the flight was on time even though it was delayed by over 3 1/2 hours
The flight attendant Shannon was not very warm and was more focused on her own preferences for service than the customers in first class.
Flight was on time and process was smooth and easy making travel manageable.

Overall content with my experience, a lack of communication regarding boarding and waiting delayed inside the plane was really annoying.
This is my second time taking Air Canada‘s non stop flight from Sarasota to Toronto. The flight lands much later than it has in previous years which I don’t like and both times it’s been delayed. I spoke to other passengers and they have had the same experience with this flight almost always being delayed. Also they force passengers from zone 4 and up to check their carry on bag as there isn’t enough over head space on full flights.
We were delayed out of Ft. Lauderdale which I understand does happen but it made us have very little time in Montreal where we had to also go through Customs. It would have been nice if an agent was there to ask connection questions. Our luggage did arrive in Halifax which was not the case the last 2 times we traveled on Westjet.
