Flight was delayed and so much of inconvenience related to the gate change.

Flight was smooth and on time: however, this flight was filled with advertising. We got it over the speaker system both when we took off and when we landed. Flight attendants were handing out sales flyers when we landed. It was not a good look.

The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.

Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.

technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.

Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.

Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you
