Pros: Food was surprisingly pretty good. Good entertainment options.

Cons: The 3 1/2 hour delay was the worst - missed our connecting flight because of it, which is pretty bad when you're supposed to have a 3 1/2 hour layover. Then the flight they put us on was 3 1/2 hours late. We got home at 7 am instead of midnight. Spent 45 minutes sitting on the runway in Philadelphia because another plane was at our gate so we had to wait for them to take off, not just leave the gate. Flight attendants were efficient but not at all friendly - not a smile among them.

Pros: Great classical music selection, great entertainment program. Unfortunately, not working for all, system was re booted but didn't work for all but for me

Cons: The special meal I requested was not available

Pros: First class meal (lasagna) was quite good.

Cons: Flight was two hours late due to snow and deicing.

Cons: They skipped me for drinks

Pros: I like flying Lufthansa for entire trip then changing to united airlines

Cons: United didn't have their act together in Denver. Waiting on the tarmac for the gate to be disoccupied, 40 minutes and counting. When the entire terminal B is United, you'd think they'd have an open gate that can be used for a 757...

Pros: Early morning departures are the best and the crew and boarding staff were fantastic

Pros: This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile.

Pros: Quick flight

Cons: Not much space for Carry ons. Much smaller than most aircrafts

Pros: Loved being in first class

Cons: Hated gate change and late plane at the last minute.

Pros: I liked that military boarded first.

Cons: I think disabled US Veterans should board with active duty and retired military

Cons: AA flight into Miami delayed due to late arrival of aircraft, followed by significant delay on the tarmac waiting for another plane to leave. This then delayed getting bags that required rechecking. At the AA booth, even though I was 42 minutes before the flight, they would not let me check my bags (not 45 minutes before) requiring me to stay in Miami overnight before booking me on a standby flight the next day. Customer service representatives were unhelpful and supervisor was rude. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst service I have ever received from an airline (which says quite a bit). Will rethink ever booking a trip on American again.

Cons: Very annoyed at "Basic Economy" being a thing. Annoying way to get more $ for the same seat. Avoiding any airline with this status.
