Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Very old plane with no inflight entertainment. I purchased the internet pass and it was nearly unusable.
I liked the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of all 3 planes.

Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Salina to travers city was great! But the sept 24 Tranverse city was not! Traverse city to chichago was cancelled, i went to Denver & got to Salina 6 hours later!
I flew with my dog and had already purchased my dog’s ticket. Even that morning I had called costumer service to insure that my husband and I had seats together since the website was giving me an error when choosing our seats and the representative mentioned our dog. I showed up early to the airport and when I got to the gate and we started boarding I was help back and told that I was supposed to have a yellow tag and that I should have checked in at the counter for them to give me that tag. I was not aware of this, the representative on the phone did not say anything. Nor did I see it anywhere in the checking process online, so if you travel with a pet and are not checking in luggage, just know that you still have to go to the check in counter when arriving at the airport unless you want to be the last one to board and not have room for your carry on in the overhead bins. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Had a crying baby and a toddler behind me so it was difficult to get comfortable. Searing was tight even for a relatively small person like myself (5’8” 155). Fast flight but arrived so early the gate assigned was still occupied by another plane so we had to wait for about 20-25 minutes to get reassigned to a new gate and get over there.
I missed my flight and they would let me on the plane
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
