Round trip flight to Canada and back to the US was smooth and efficient.
Left on time, a bit delayed due to headwinds most of the trip.
Was charged for my luggage despite having been on one ticket from an international flight. Too tired to argue after 15 hours on flight. Was charged for rechecking it at JFK airport. Not sure why those off Kenya Airways were required to do that.
It was beautiful easy and smooth experience. Thank you. Will definitely get Delta for my next travel.
The checkpoint hornets are always looking fhrough Americans' luggage keeping what they deem impassible! Grrrrr!
After I checked in, I realized we had no seat assignment. It said they would be assigned at the gate. This was really frustrating because I usually use a lounge before flights, but I couldn't because I had to be at the gate to ensure we got our seat assignments. The gate agent arrived an hour before the flight left. I was the first one up to ask about seat assignments. She told us to wait for names to be called. Dozens of other passengers were paged, but we were not. Finally, I asked my husband to ask. He went up and was also told to wait. About 10 minutes later, they called for boarding. We still had not been told our seats. We went back to the desk and they were in a panic, saying we actually weren't on that flight. Then they made an announcement telling the stand by passengers to not board (in case we needed their seats). It was so stressful and unprofessional. Finally they gave us our seats. I have no idea what happened and why the two desk agents seemed to have conflicting ideas about our seats, whether we were on that flight etc.
Not pleasant. We arrived several hours late and my friend and driver were waiting for me a long time at Tucson airport. At first we had to divert to phoenix due to shitty weather. Well, i guess I can’t fault anyone for that. But then when they refueled , they overfueled and we had to wait even longer for the plane to burn off excess fuel. So someone really screwed up there and should get fired. Human error is really inexcusable.
Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.
A220 brakes are grabby and uncomfortable Electric braking is not a good solution for a modern aircraft
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
My flight was cancelled due to weather but Westjet got me on a new flight in a timely and efficient manor.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.

It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
The flight itself was fine, but two of the ladies at the gate were extremely rude to a few of us in line. Their customer service really needs some help. I’ve always had good experiences with WestJet until these two ladies. They had the worst attitudes and really left a bad taste in my mouth after a good trip
