Our flight was ready to go on the runway but then there was mechanical issues and we had to return back to the LAS airport and deplaned where we were in limbo for 3 hours before the flight was canceled altogether. 200 passengers were trying to get on other flights. Luckily we got on the last one of the night 4 hours later.

Window seat with no window

After pushback, we had to sit on the tarmac and wait for 20-30 min (with engines shut off) this delayed our arrival.

No water/drinks provided during the flight

Flight became uncertain because of pilot action. Numerous telephone calls to Alaska gave us no assurance that the flight would happen. So, we had to buy a new ticket from United for $165. Alaska should refund its fare. We even scheduled staff promises to call us back, all starting on Sunday April 3 and either didnt get callback in 7 hours, as promised, or got a call the next day without information. H. M. Levin

We , of course, had no entertainment. Good trip.

Very comfortable!

Darrel a Flight attendant did have on his full uniform. He was horrible and kicked a lady off the plane for not know her seat. The lady explain the person she was traveling with had her ticket. The lady who had the ticket told him where the woman he was questioning belonged. He still kicked her off the plane

The flight was delayed, the aircrafts was sooo dirty, crew member very grumpy and rushing everyone to clean up after 10minutes they served snacks - which there was only one type. Luggages took half hour to be sent to carrossel It was an bad experience.

Directv didn’t function. The flight was short so abbreviated services. There really hasn’t been “food” on domestic flights for over a decade. 😂

When we landed at 730 vs 557 we still had a delay because our gate was occupied causing a greater dalay. Due ro this delay I was late to work. The flight attendee making the announcements might have been new because she kept messing up what she was saying and shouting and mumbling through the speaker. I usually have amazing flights with jetblue but I'm highly disappointed with this flight."

Maybe because I finally got to New York many delays on the flight. Very disappointed that a survey wasn’t sent out on my my trip out to Milwaukee on August 5-6 debacle. Which flight stranded on tarmac 4 hours then couldn’t get a straight answer to book a flight to Milwaukee. Spent 4-5 hours trying to get flight to Milwaukee no sleep then to finally get a flight with only 2 hours of sleep . No answers why prey flight was canceled and no help at JFK GETTING LUGGAGE & REBOOKING FLIGHT. . This was just the tip of the fiasco!!!!!

I gate checked my carry on bag. Upon deboarding the luggage was on the top shelf of a cart since we didn't have a jet way. I asked the man standing by the cart if he could help me get it off. He told me that i could get it off myself. I'm 72 yrs old. A little help would of been appreciated.

I have no issue whatsoever with the 23kg allowance per bag but the process for checking your bag, especially if you were over the limit and what the consequences may be were not obvious. My wife and I had two bags, mine was 4kg under the allowance and my wife's was 2kg over. If I had known this was going to be a potential GBP45 charge we would have shuffled things about to balance the bags. It needs to be made clear to people that they can actually weigh their bags first to find this out. My bag was already tagged and gone when we went through a lot of hassle to reduce my wifes bag weight. Anyway, this is a suggestion so that future passengers do not encounter the same frustration."
Pros: "WS Care Center staff Minmico (think it was her name) arranged the 4:15 flight instead of the 6 pm flight but only because I requested her to check that flight when I returned to the CC to find out if it was possible to get on an earlier flight. I should have been advised when I first arrived at the CC from my delayed flight from Toronto that I could check back at the CC to see if there was a cancellation. Minmico allowed me to use her phone a couple of times to call my husband to advise him of the changes in my flight, which was very helpful. She tried hard just prior to the flight departure to have my bag delivered to the 4:15 flight but was unsuccessful. She gave me food vouchers, which I liked. I also thought the WS CC staff in Abbotsford was very helpful explaining the process for making a baggage claim when my bag didn't arrive due to my last minute flight change - the $100 voucher was appreciated when I picked up my bag the next day."

Crew did not communicate in a timely manner about when we would be flying.The plane should not have been in operation if the computer didn't work and passengers should not have had to wait on the plane for two hours while it was fixed. I missed my WS connecting flight to Abbotsford from Calgary and was only rescheduled on a plane departing 6 hours later! No one at WesJet Care suggested there may be a cancellation on an earlier flight - I had to arrange it by returning to the WS Care Center. I just barely made it onto an earlier 4:15 pm flight but without my bag which was put onto the later 6 pm flight. I chose to return the next day to pick up my bag."
Cons: "Due to the fact that my trip to was not clearly indicated as non stop it is the first time in thirty years of regular travel that I did not have a direct flight to Calgary. Then I was not able to change my flight at the airport even though there was room available on a direct Westjet flight leaving as close to the same time. But the worst part as after landing we waited for a very long time for the plane to pull up to a gate (unnecessarily burning fuel and poluting the environment). And finally we waited another very long time for the doors of the plane to be opened for disembarkation. More than 3/4 of an hour waiting on the ground after a one hour flight very late in the evening. As a result I hat to take a cab home from the airport. Now I will try my best to not fly Westjet."

Pros: "West Jet just runs a relaxed yet professional airline. They are just more laid back and accommodating. You can use any bathroom on the plane as well which is huge on those rare times you need to use it. They are funny and chatty and seem to enjoy working together which all translates to a less rushed and relaxed experience for us the passenger. I really can’t complain....I had an entire row to myself....the best you can hope for, when riding on a plain for hours that’s like winning the lottery!"

Pros: "I like West Jet over all and it is my preferred airline, as it flies direct between most cities I need to visit. The price is decent and the majority of time the in flight staff are reasonable. I had another flight recently where they were excellent."
Cons: "The flight attendants were a little dour. Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised."

Cons: "The plane needed a jump start before we could leave Vancouver (this was during daytime, sunny skies, about +1°C), which didn't inspire confidence in the plane's airworthiness and which delayed our departure by almost an hour. But evidently the crew followed the required procedure and we arrived safely in Calgary. Better to be a bit late than to have an unsafe flight."

It adds a stress to the customer not knowing. - Flight of 4.30 hours and no free meals. - Impossible to use my hear phones in the plane so I couldn't hear the TV channels. I was also expecting movies and series like in Delta."

Flight from Chicago to Vancouver was 5 hours delayed, not even for weather. Canadian Transportation Authority requires $400 CAD compensation for each ticket flying into Canada for this level of delay. This was not offered by the airline to us.

No drinks service because the flight was so short, and there was no wifi either.

The food was ice cold and poorly selected. Staff was pleasant as usual

Pros: "After the initial delay, the female desk agent got us on another connecting flight without a problem. Second flights attendant was also great."
Cons: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

Pros: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."

Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."

Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time."

The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

My phone just says the plane is sky west, me and the other workers at the airport had no idea what this meant. Very frustrating experience trying to check in, finally walker talkie a guy that new it was American. Frustrating I thought I would miss my flight, why not clearly state it's not an Alaska flight."
