Pros: I really like the entertainment onboard with the United app.

Pros: The entire process was a breeze

Pros: The flight was smooth and we arrived safely.

Cons: When we went to check in (right at 24 hours), our family of three was separated across the plane in middle seats—and they wouldn’t seat us together unless we paid extra to upgrade our ticket. The ticket agent said the plane was full and there was nothing they could do. It was very frustrating.

Pros: Love the ability to watch films on my device by way of United WiFi

Cons: When many people were sleeping, the stewardess loudly (VERY loudly) would ask the other patrons if they wanted something to eat. There is no WiFi. You can’t buy food and they don’t offer cookies or pretzels!

Cons: Free WiFi kn the plane was hardly working even over US mainland, before it list connection with outside internet over ocean. But it is something I do not care much about.

Cons: The communication on the actual flight could have been better. The flight from Houston to Charlotte was not very informative as in weather conditions, traffic, or the time in which we landed was not gone over.

Pros: After couple or three hours the seat get to be a pain on the tailbone. Also I am 6'2" so already a bit of squeeze. Can't stretch out legs. Was an Airbus 319

Cons: Not much other than more room and more cushion in seats. Quick boarding in group 4, friendly crew, the Taco salad was actually pretty good. Watched 2 movies, both still premium on the pay channels.

Cons: They cancelled the Flight and we had to book with Air France instead and made us late to our cruise

Pros: Everything was on time. I got an aisle seat and I didn't have to pay the ridiculous online fee. Crew were great. Lots of great movies to watch. Free beer and wine. Didn't lose my bag, made my connection which was tight. Very happy.

Cons: One really obnoxious kid kept screaming the entire time. Instead of charging for earbuds maybe give them out for those of us that don’t have any.

Cons: Food served a little earlier, with beverages first. There was also buzzing in the headset when I was watching a movie.

Cons: A mechanic issue with a fan in the cargo hold kept us from boarding for 40 minutes. Once we boarded and got out onto the tarmack they discovered an issue with the GPS. We sat for 2 hours before going back to the gate. Maintenance came on and fixed it. Then we took off.. 3 hours late

Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Cons: Can't tell how the flight was because missed connecting flight from LAX to SJC because Westjet from YYZ to LAX had a mechanical issue. They end up replacing a tire which caused a 1.5 hr flight delay

Cons: Flight got delayed by 2 hours without specifying the reason. Weather was fine. Happened 2 hours delayed. From DC to Boston too when I took flight on 12th. Will avoid AA flights in future

Cons: Could give more time before baggage and check in. Arrived exactly one hour before flight and ohh my god........ Management however pulled some miracle....

Cons: Aesthetically the plane was a disaster. Broken tray table in my exit row seat. Poor updates regarding why flight was delayed. Boarding process was poorly managed by staff, who were more interested in cracking jokes with each other than doing their job. I find that unacceptable, given the situation.

Pros: Gate check of carry-on luggage was nice. The connecting flight from DFW to FLL was on time and the boarding process was very smoothly executed by the gate agent. Well done!!

Cons: The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway.
