I also am surprised that airlines (not just Delta) continue to provide such low quality food options on flights. I think consumers would pay more for better options."

I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."

Pros: "We were traveling with a group of 8, only 3 of us had assigned seats when were arrived and the others were on standby. We asked the attendant at the gate desk if there was any chance that the rest of us on standby could be seated together... HE UPGRADED OUR WHOLE GROUP TO COMFORT and allowed us to all sit with each other. Greatest flight experience I've had and such great staff with Delta. Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

Cons: "I was on the way to the airport when I was notified of the 1st delay. I am sure Delta knew there were issues already and should have let me know earlier in the day. The delays kept increasing. We were offered snacks at the gate. That is it. No free drinks on the plane, no free premium movies. Very bad customer service. More explanations were needed as to the cause of the delay."
Pros: "Everything was great! It is however a mystery why the attendants find it hard to smile once in a while. They were all attentive which is more important than serving with a smile."

Cons: "The plane was really late, changed gates a number of times and switched from one terminal to another then back to the original terminal again. My understanding was this flight was a mess the previous week as well which says that something needs to be fixed. The temperature on the flight fluctuated back and forth from too hot to okay. You get the picture."

Pros: "The two native born Senegalese boys, aged about 8 or 9 were delightful, energetic, generally well behaved."
Cons: "They understood my poor French but I couldn't understand most of theirs. They needed a great deal of help with eating the adult meals they were served and using the entertainment system. At first the flight attendants did little if anything to help. Later after I pointed out the problems we were having they were better. Such young ones needed better supervision and meals easier to eat than they received. I needed less stress on the long 8 hour flight. This was not quite a Sky Priority Comfort Plus experience for me."
Cons: "The small plane. It was cold the whole flight. The flight attendant woke me up right before landing just to make sure I had my seatbelt on. Why was that necessary? I'm not a child. Just because I was covered in my blanket he assumed I was using that to cover up that I took my seatbelt off. He also told me to put my purse on the floor which was odd to me because when I was on the flight Saturday Oct 10 from MSP to LSE the flight attendant never said anything."
