This may include the extra expense now of a hotel night at our destination. I could not be more disgusted."

About 12 loud and obnoxious party goers made it a miserable flight. One flight attendant asked them to quiet down. Two flight attendants joined in with the partying and yelled and chanted along with them. One flight attendant ignored the situation."

While that's the fault of Sun Country, it was very unpleasant. Also the carryon restrictions are ridiculous. I feel that Sun Country is extreme in allowing only one bag that fits under the seat. That's why all of the overhead bins were empty on a sold out flight."

Cons: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

Pros: "This plane was pretty small (70 people) and not full, so boarding was fast. The crew was good, friendly and helpful. The pretzel snack things were good and unexpected for such a short flight."
Cons: "The plane was very loud and it was impossible to hear the crew and my partner. There was no entertainment which was fine because I brought my own."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours due to mechanical issues. The AC was not working but they had us sit in the plane for an hour in the heat while they tried to fix it. Then finally had us deplane to wait for replacement plane. Not that the employees weren't polite and courteous because they were, but the last time I had a delay like that the airline gave everyone vouchers for $100 off next flight they booked. Your company let us watch TV for free. Hardly comparable!"

Pros: "The crew was great. I don't know how to make the stars increase."

Pros: "The Flight attendant and pilot were beyond helpful and apologetic about the delay, The customer service rep in Denver was great."
Cons: "Because of a 2+ hour delay in Milwaukee we missed our connecting flight in Denver to Medford and had to stay overnight. Sitting in isle 1 was uncomfortable and it was a pain not having immediate access to my purse because I had to stow it for take off and landing."

Cons: "Staff at General Mitchell airport (MKE) United counter were not knowledgeable and the check in process was very frustrating. There were not many people at the check in counter, but it took us 30 minutes to check in once we were at the counter working with the check in clerk."

Cons: "The departure monitor first said "on time," then "awaiting aircraft," with ever-later estimates for departure. There was little confidence that there would even be a plane."

Cons: "Due to aircraft change my wife and daughter and I were split up. We were able to get two seat together after a long phone call the evening prior to the flight. When we arrived at the airport we ended up with the original two, plus a separated third seat."

Pros: "The schedule was on time. Everyone was very helpful i and friendly. Good flight. Luggage was handled with care. Over all I enjoyed the flight."

Pros: "Flight got canceled just minutes before boarding time due to mechanical plane issues so we were told and no other flights were available until January 1 which was my schedule date to return home."

Pros: "It was our first time flying and everyone made it a great experience. They helped with all our questions and explained things and made it a nice experience for first time flyers"

Cons: "Lost my baggage and a lot of others'. At midnight, the wait was interminable. The boarding order made no sense. There must have been 10 groups named."

Pros: "For one of the worst travel days of the year, United made up for it by placing me in a nice hotel for the night and giving me food vouchers."
Cons: "You seriously have no one to fly a plane? 3 hour delay due to no flight crew."

Cons: "Mechanical issues before flight delayed flight. Also don't tell me that there are mechanical issues right before takeoff, it freaked me out."

Pros: "The crew was friendly, that was the only positive thing. Had to wait on the plane for 45 minutes before deboarding. My luggage was specified "oversized" and set aside without my knowledge. The seats were horribly uncomfortable and would not recline. Baggage fees are ridiculous. I'm avoiding Frontier at all costs in the future."

Pros: "FRONTIER EMPLOYEES maintained a friendly attitude despite the chaos."
Cons: "Baggage check-in had one very long line. I waited 40 minutes to simply check my bags. My two small bags were expensive to check (compared with other airlines). After all expenses there were no savings over other airlines (other airlines with better service and better jets). Frontier has NO TSA PRE CHECK PROGRAM!!! Initial flight it was a big nuisance, return flight it was even worse. The security line was at least a 2 hour wait. The Frontier flight in the gate next to us left without 25+ passengers because they were still in line at security. The flight: this was the roughest most frightening flight I've encountered. I found myself having to calm down the passenger next to me. We arrived 40 min late. Return trip: my luggage didn't appear and I had to file paperwork at the ticket desk on another floor. The 2 pieces of luggage were found and delivered to me 3 days after. Case closed. I don't mind the no-frills interior & seats that don't recline. I can bring my own snacks and beverages. But this airline disregards the value of my time."

Cons: "I don't like surprises. $40 for a checked bag is excessive. $45 for a carry on is insulting....it says you really don't like your customers. And charging for coffee or water? Really? That's a common courtesy in our society....offering coffee and water is an act of hospitality. I felt like I was flying Spirit Air. NOT GOOD."

Pros: "Absolutely no issue with the flight. The boarding went very smoothly and the flight itself was flawless,. We even landed 15 minutes earlier than projected. Staff on the plane were efficient and pleasant. Pretty standard flight attendants doing what they do."
Cons: "The seating is another matter. They have moved the seats closer together so there is zero leg room and very close to the person next to you. Luckily I was in an aisle seat with a small child next to me so I had elbow room. The trays are ridiculous! Roughly the size of an ipad. Can barely hold a glass and a soda can. Forget about putting your laptop on it. The flights are cheap - but that is because you pay extra for everything. They charge for bags whether you carry on or check them and it's double the price at the gate if you don't pay at booking, charge for choosing your seat at booking, charge for all refreshments and food on the flight - only thing complimentary is a glass of water."

Cons: "Everything was awful from a 5 hour delay to the time I called 20 minutes before coming to airport and being told it was on time. The minute I walked in the door of airport was told flight delayed at least 4 hours. Then calling customer service asking for money back and they said they ad to charge me $99 to cancel. I will NEVER fly this airline!!!!"

Pros: "Pleasantly surprised. Trip was marred by alcohol service to people who were obviously already under the influence and disruptive to those of us around them."

Cons: "Not clean!!! Finger prints and Cheerios were all over my seat and window, it's hard to relax when it's so dirty. My window had something smeared all over it and clearly a child had sat in this seat the flight before, I understand you get what you pay for but cleanliness shouldn't be sacraficed."

Pros: "Know what to expect and you will not be disappointed. If you demand a high end experience from any low end company ... you're behaving like an idiot."

Pros: "I got more than I bargained for. On a short flight (2hrs), I don't need frills. Everything worked, crew was professional. Price was excellent. Paying for extras doesn't bother me, but I understand it's a concept that many people need time to get used to. I'd way rather pay for my carry-on or even water than to have to subsidize the cost of yours."

Cons: "Delayed departure from 7AM to announced "possible" 12:30PM. Delay reportedly caused by "flight crew having timed-out" leaving our plane without a crew in Las Vegas. This very long delay made my trip unfeasible, forcing me to cancel my trip entirely, and my wife, having to shorten her stay in Florida by three days."

Cons: "Stiff, noncushioned seats with no leg room whatsoever, which did not recline at all -- on a red-eye nonetheless. This was not disclosed at time of booking. Stewardess' yelled when people got out to go to the bathroom. Nickled and dimed for everything and nothing was included -- no video of any sort to watch, no magazine to read, no Wi-Fi to purchase. The cheaper price to fly frontier was not worth it."

Tickets cheap but you pay for absolutely anything you may need. If you travel with absolutely nothing than this airline may be good for you. This is my second time with frontier had poor to okay experiences both times, will avoid this airline in the future."
