A long delay. Don't travel late in the day.
The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
It was great, I’m very grateful for the pilots and crew flight attendants for everything.
Flight was great. Efficient boarding. Short flight. Early arrival. Friendly flight crew. The entertainment system did not work well. Could not access it until the aircraft reached 10K feet or more. Lots of glitches.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.
It was literally one of the worst travel experiences ever. My flight got delayed by over an hour and there was no communication of this from the gate staff. I realized it by checking the screen periodically. Once on board the flight attendants continued to serve alcohol to a man who was clearly already drunk and that was making a bunch of commotion. Never again will I fly United!
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables
All good except paid for wifi that did not work
The flight could have actually taken place. Canceled flight and no option to rebook that day.
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
The boarding by groups is pointless. The first two groups worked fine, but almost Noone boarded in goups three thru five leaving the vast majority boarding when group six was called. It defeated the purpose of spreading out the crowd.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.
I blame kayak for my last trip to dca. Kayak cancelled my direct flight and put on a one stop flight and made lost whole day from my vacation and had not even refunded my ticket.
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.
There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh
delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims
Was the most uncomfortable I ever had in the air. Felt like I was trapped in the seat legs cramped and was just horrible. The flight to DSM was a lot better. Even being on a smaller plane was better. Staff are outstanding. No complaints about the people.
It was exactly as I expected, on time, smooth flight, courteous staff.
