As retired military we were to have assigned seats since we purchased our tickets but somehow our return tickets separated us by 2 rows & opposite sides of plane. We were supposed to be in an isle seat & a window seat in the same side & row. We do appreciate all Allegiant Air does for the military. Wish all airlines did what they do.

Absolutely nothing...horrible service. Don't blame them for the equipment problem, but when it happens they need to help customers out...or at the very least, openly inform them of options

Virtually zero customer service after flight cancellation. When they did finally show up, incredibly disorganized in their dissemination of information. Won't ever risk flying Frontier again.

Just wish sears would be a bit wider and comfortable. They are not bad but I am sure could be more comfy because I am not skinny.

The seats in coach were too narrow for comfort...and I'm a medium size.

The check in was well staffed and went smoothly and easily. Loved the large movie selection and picture quality.

Its always recommend to arrive two hours early but found no one working the ticketing desk so i had to wait two and a half hours for an employee to arrive just to check one bag.Seating was crowded uncomfortable did not recline. The flight attendants were ok but made the passengers feel rushed

The seats are hard as granite rocks, no leg room at all & they don't recline back at all, oh except if you want to pay for an emergency exit where you have to sign your life away to have a better seat. No complimentary beverages besides tap water. It's like we're doing your Airlines a favor by flying with you. I would never board an aircraft with the name Frontier on it again. Plus you charge a ridiculous rate for a checked bag. Never again & I bet you can guess what I will tell everyone I come across.

Extra charges for everything! Asked flight attendants for a cup of water as I was not feeling well and was told I could buy some water. I was also told my carry on was too big when it clearly fit in the container at the check in process.

First time with Alaska but from today on, me and my bf love Alaska Airlines!!

The flight attendants were really great and nice.

That I’m still stuck on this damn plane and we landed 30 minutes ago.

Crew was great. Take off and landing were quite smooth, not shaky at all so I guess kudos to the team.

Seats were too hard, I was left with a back ache and couldn't even rest properly during the flight. Please do something about the seats.

Paid for gogoinflight, then is had a big error red screen, that said keep trying back in a few minutes. Never worked. Was not happy. Long flight.

Food, comfort, entertainment and treatment by the crew on this flight was spectacular. There was a lot of food, good entertainment and importantly, the seats were wide and comfortable.

Very old plane, 767-300. The bathrooms needed a better and more thorough renovation.

The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.

My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

Delayed, poor info, no snacks, not even water. Lady at gate was rude. And unpleasant. Nobody kept us informed correctly and when we asked we were treated unkindly. Horrible experience with AA. Will avoid

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

Flight Attendant Precious was just as her name precious and was very impactful in my amazing journey experience.
