I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

I bought the ticket but then when checking in for the flight online, the expenses started mounting fast. Delta never charges me for 1 checked bag and I can bring 2 carry-one for free. I never pay for more legroom either. Not the case on Frontier. By the time you nickel and dimed me to death I could have saved time, money, and aggravation by staying on Delta. Thanks for the lesson though. I've flown United, American and Delta almost exclusively over the past 20 years and I have always considered all airlines were basically the same. You proved that theory wrong."

Flight #156 was supposed to leave Denver to Des Moines at 445 pm and we boarded the plane at approximately 615 pm and were on the plane on the ground for 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is too long to sit on a plane; there were microburst winds in Denver and then they lost our manifest also. We arrived at our destination in Des Moines about 4 hours later than scheduled. I will not recommend Frontier Airlines to other people."

Flying out, our flight was an hour behind schedule for a seemingly similar problem, the incoming plane had to wait for ever on the tarmack, and by the time they were finally let off the plane, and the plane cleaned and prepped, we were an hour behind. Very frustrating."
