Pros: Boarding process was pretty easy and seamless. The pilot kept us updated on all the issues with the delayed departure (bags being loaded, weather, clearance to take off..).

Cons: The flight was delayed by over an hour due to technical and weather related issues so we missed our connecting flight to our final destination.

Cons: just an old plane. still had ashtrays in it. but overall ok because arrived safely and professionalism of staff was quite commendable

Cons: Again - the high fees for bags … then - this flight was really bad - the kid behind me (not Frontier's fault) kept banging that stupid METAL tray against my PLASTIC seat which - was pretty miserable. So - to settle my nerves rather than turn around and yell at the disinterested mom … I purchase (for $6.99) a beer - first - the brand I asked for was unavailable - then the alternate beer was WARM! - The attendant explained they were loaded onto the plane that way. So - I asked for a cup of ice to pour the beer over. Yep - $6.99 for warm beer.

Cons: Flights that arrive and leave on time. How can one plan a trip if flights are continually cancelled or delayed. Very frustrating and a very unhappy customer.

Cons: The flight was delayed 4 times. The crew had an attitude with everyone on the flight and didn’t even try to be nice. I understand that it is an affordable airline but I will just go back to paying more for quality (from the chairs to the flight attendant service). It was overall an uncomfortable trip.

Pros: The two gentleman flight attendants were quite friendly and entertaining. They welcomed every single person with a smile and a greeting. They laughed and joked a bit on the intercom, keeping us entertained while we waited for the flight inspection paperwork to arrive.

Cons: I do not like that Frontier seems to "nickle and dime" everything. I feel like at least a beverage should be complimentary with my flight, but every single bag, beverage snack comes with a price on Frontier.

I was there 45 mins before the flight was supposed to leave at 6:20 because of a flat, otherwise I would have been there much sooner. Then the flight was delayed until 7. I had more then enough time to get to my flight

Swear I would never fly them again got tricked by their cheap flight now an hour and half flight turn to 4.5 hours and I'm stuck 5 hours away from where I'm supposed to be with no word from Frontier what is going to happen. Hate and disgusted AGAIN with Frontier:(

Cons: Upon arriving to the airport none of the kiosks were working- very chaotic. A long line prevented us from checking in within the 45 minute timeframe Frontier requires so we missed our flight. Since they don't sister with any other flight companies our options were to purchase new tickets through another airline ($950) rent a car and drive 12 hours to get home ($450) or wait 2 days until the next flight out. The moral of the story is: you get what you pay for!!!!
