Cons: Flight delay!

Pros: The crew in the plane was good and the fly was good.
Cons: Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!

Cons: Something has to be done with your entertainment system. Not only was it not working going out of Newark to Phoenix but also was not working on the return flight home. They tried to reboot it several times and it still didn’t work. You seen your advertising that you’re not going to be bored well it’s not true I was bored It made for a very unpleasant experience and I was very disappointed.

Cons: After being delayed going from Newark to Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood by an hr, I was then delayed TWICE going back! First time flying with JetBlue and I’ve never been more disappointed! Rather not have any legroom and make it to my destination ON TIME then to be an hour an a half late!

Also, I really enjoyed paying extra for priority boarding and a seat in the front row and ending up with my suitcase right rows back because of inconsiderate people.

Cons: My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans.

Cons: The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight.

Cons: Our flight was delayed, which is a understandable part of travel. But what made it worse was that we didn’t have any visibility on our actually departure time. We were first told our flight would be delayed an hour, then the departure time was moved up 40 minutes without any clear messaging. We caught an email from Delta, but if we hadn’t, we might have missed our flight. The plane was also abnormally loud on board, and the air pressure seemed to fluctuate throughout the flight, making the experience uncomfortable.

Cons: The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!

Pros: Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.
Cons: The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Pros: Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, Delta (running the flight for westjet) sent 1 email about the flight being delayed to 4:45 which was inconsistent with the gate signage and agent who said 3:45, flight ended up leaving at 5:45PM. No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers.

Pros: We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!
Cons: The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant.

Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system.

Cons: There were many empty seats, and when I moved from a cramped seat to a fully open row, the attendant rudely and humiliatingly admonished me for moving to a comfort+ from my "preferred" seat. It was unprofessional and extremely uncalled for. The seats were completely empty and there was no reason for him to admonish me loudly and rudely. I suffer from severe general anxiety disorder, fur which I take appropriate medications, but this incident caused an anxiety attack that lasted through the rest of the flight. Extremely disturbing that crew would behave so rudely and insensitively to anyone.

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.
Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Pros: Dallas flight was 1 hour delayed, United landed in terminal C (C115) in Newark, flight to Hartford departed in terminal A (A26). People were running to catch the Newark to Hartford gate on the other side of the airport. I am surprise United hasn't beeen sued for this lack of consideration to their customers. Luckily I was not in a wheelchair to run across to the other side of the airport due to United delay. I wonder how a United employee would feel if ithis happened to them and their children or disabled parents. Flying is already stressful enough, experiencing a flight delay and forcing people to run like cattles in an airport only pushes people to drive rather then fly.
Cons: Try placing inbound and departure United planes in the same terminal instead on on the other side of an airport. If you delay a flight, the departure flight should be delayed too to allow customers a fair chance to get home. Not everyone can run like Husain Bolt in an airport. Consider your future customers.

I was placed on 2 other flights with 2 other airlines and wasn't notified until AFTER I was already checking in with another airline (this is also after calling the airlines regarding the cancellation, several hours before heading to the airport). Worst experience. Do not recommend.

During this flight there was also a lot of confusion and poor communication for boarding for myself and other passengers. Masks were not enforced on the flight and the passenger next to me didn’t wear his at all and was also smoking his vape pen during the flight.

Cons: It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit.

She clearly loves her job, and loves people around her and honestly what else is there that's more important in life than loving people. She was funny, kind, considerate and incredible at customer service. Give that girl a RAISE. We boarded at 4:49 in the morning and her energy lightened the mood for sure.
Cons: I didn't like how even the tray tables were cheap. I also don't like if you want to choose your seat you need to pay... why is that? No other airline does that.

Pros: Overall I liked the price. Never had any problems with Feontier before so that is why I booked it.
Cons: Leaving Denver it was confusing when boarding because the boarding agent was talking on the loud speaker and was saying that it was going to be a fast turnaround and some other stuff but more like rambling something about we were going to be late to Dallas. Pros: If people read the articles when they book it states baggage pricing, several times and then again when you check in. This is a no-frills flight you chose what you need. The crew was very nice. The flight arrived early. I will fly Frontier again for the economy.

Pros: Friendliness of crew. The crew moved me and my party near the front of the plan so that we could get off first in hopes that I would make my connecting flight.
Cons: The plan sat in Denver for over 30 min. It was stressful wondering how I was going to make the connecting flight to Seattle. Seattle was late boarding. I am unsure if I will recommend to fly and fly frontier again because of this experience.

Cons: I paid for seat selection to have 2 seats by ourselves but Frontier changed the type of plane and it changed the seats to an aisle and a middle seat, exactly what I was trying to avoid.

Cons: Flight was delayed six hours. They didn't communicate the initial delay until 10 minutes after we were supposed to board. The gate attendants were not knowledgable. We were supposed to board 4 hours later and didn't make it on the plane till 5 hours later. Then they forgot to get gas so we were stuck on the plane for another 45 minutes. Flight attendants didn't offer food or drink and kept saying everything was for an additional fee. Nothing was provided. I will never fly with frontier again and am seriously concerned about my return flight.

Cons: We were delayed 3 and a half hours because of a water leak. Shouldn't that have been checked the plane the night before since we were the first flight out? Since we were delayed, they decided to give us breakfast vouchers (very nice) but they gave it to some people then not to others. When they finally decided to give them to the rest of us, we had 30 minutes before we had to board again! We could have been doing that with the 3 whole hours we had! I won't be flying frontier again, that's for sure!

Pros: The cost seemed to be good up front, but...
Cons: This airline is full of hidden fees. If you are traveling with someone and want seats next to each other, you have to pay an extra fee. Also, the airline only allows you to have a personal bag (a purse, laptop bag) for free, but they charge you for a carry-on. I had to pay $40 EACH WAY, so it ended up costing me $80 to travel with a carry-on. The return flight was delayed multiple times with no explanation as to why. Frontier was the only airline with delays, so it wasn't the weather. The seats on the plane do not recline, are not padded, and are overall not comfortable. I was overall disappointed with my experience with Frontier. It seemed like a good deal at first, but after paying all of the extra hidden fees and the delays, I would not recommend this airline.

Cons: Mechanical issue with the plane was reported the night before and not looked at until next morning after all passages had to be boarded. This caused all passengers to have to be unloaded and wait numerous hours before knowing if/when we were leaving. They passed out a handful of breakfast voucher then stopped until about an hour later they gave the rest of us our vouchers.

Pros: I was lied to at the service counter. Flight 131 was scheduled for 7:10 pm and I was at the counter and told by the only agent there that "they closed the door to the aircraft". That occurred at 6:40 pm with 3 people in front of me in line traveling together, and what's disturbing is that they were allowed to board. The next flight was 12 hours later at 6 am and I had absolutely no choice but to proceed and yield to the Frontier mandate. Just don't lie to me. If you understand the logistics at terminal E at DFW, I was very close to security and the gate. Flight departed at 7:22. Don't lie to your customers. All of the aforementioned information is verifiable.

Pros: We boarded and took off right on time. Seats are really tight quarters. My 6'6" son couldn't even sit in a normal seat and would be forced to pay for an upgrade along with all the extra carry on fees. Turns out tickets aren't really cheaper after all the extra charges.

Cons: The most narrow and hardest airline seats I ever sat in. I was consistently elbowed by the women next to me. Very uncomfortable seats. Also the website was very misleading telling me the flight was $143. When I went on the site to check in the day before the flight it said I had a balance of $80. I was very confused. Also your site was not that easy to navigate around to do the check in. I fly often with other airlines and never had this much trouble finding on your site where to go on it to reserve my seats. I am sorry but I will never recommend Frontier nor will I fly with them again. It's bad enough flying these days with all of the additional charges, People bring all their carry one on board, security and delayed flights. I want the best and easiest check in and a better seat which would of been really nice yesterday for our flight since we sat on the Tarmac for over two hours with a rain delay. Cons: In purchasing the ticket from your website, the price does not reflect comparative like and kind price comparison. If a carrier charges for a carry-on, this should be displayed as part of their price and a buyer should not have to go through a drop down menu to find out. Further, when I arrived at the airport, there was no explanation of this charge other than the kiosk, where I was not required to purchase. After dropping off my bag with the front desk agent at the airport, I went through security with my personal item and carry on. When I get to the gate, I find out not only do they enforce this charge, but they actually raise 50% from the front desk to the gate and the agents had no absolutely no desire or power to give me the $40 price. When directed to their website to purchase, the site was unresponsive and I was unable to purchase at the $40 rate. I was forced, literally forced given the fact I wasn't going to be able to fly home otherwise, to pay the $60. This matter is going to the state attorney generals office in Texas and the Better Business Bureau. If that does not resolve, I will be working on a class action lawsuit so all victims of this price gouging can receive compensation.

Pros: The crew was very pleasant. The flight was the cheapest I found. The pilots on the round trip were very capable.
Cons: The reason why it's so cheap is that they charge for everything. For some reason the site combined my first and middle name. I noticed when checking in and was prompted to change it. I was then showing a $400 balance even though I had already paid for my ticket months ago. I called customer service and they luckily updated it for me. The person then proceeded to tell me if I check a bag, bring a carry one, or want to choose a seat, there will be a charge. $60 just to bring a checked bag (27 lbs by the way) round trip. I opted not to spend even more money on the carry on and seat. I've seen other airlines charge for seats, but they're typically upgrades and you can choose another available seat for free. Not Frontier. If you don't want to pay the site tells you it will choose a seat for you. I don't know what the point of checking in 24 hours in advance is juat to be put in the last group no matter what. Speaking of seats, these were plastic, tiny, and uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the plane felt like it was going to fall apart with even a hint of turbulence. Overall not great and I may have to go elsewhere for plane trips in the future. But that's up to Frontier.

Outside was $55 for a bags and $65 at the gate. Which is $10 more for each additional bags. This is stealing money from people and they are sending passengers away from Spirit airlines. I don't recommend to anyone. Even water, you have to pay for it.

I understand that Spirit is the "get what you pay for" airline. Apparently I forgot to pay for hygiene, privacy, timeliness, and decency - I'd advise anyone else to remember to pay for them ahead of time.

Pros: The cost of airfare was good but also competitive with other airlines like American and United. I chose Spirit Air because the flight worked with my schedule.
Cons: I missed my flight along with others because of a delay going through the TSA security check. Arrived at the gate 14 minutes prior to departure. An international traveler with a small child was waiting to board as well. The CSA had just walked down the jetway and was suppose to return. Four minutes later the flight pushed out of the gate, departing 10 minutes early. The staff knew of the TSA delay. If I had made my flight it would have cost me an additional $100 dollars to check my carry on suite case that I have been flying with for the past two years on other airlines without any fee. Spirit Air requires you to have a smaller carry on suitcase than the rest of the industry. So my $96 dollar fare would now be $196. American Air was also offering a deal at the time for $91, but the time did not work with my schedule. Spirit Air is not a deal. If you check your carry on suitcase on line it will cost you $45. If you check your bag at the gate it will cost you $65. If you check your bag while boarding it will cost you $100. Traveller beware!

Cons: Other than the initial price and the so called credits given because of the delayed and subsequently canceled flight towards a round trip flight elsewhere (only having to pay taxes) it amounted to $50 each. More importantly was the unwillingness to use those credits towards the return leg of my flight and therefore having to cancel it and then purchase another one so the $100 credit could be applied. Overall a horrible experience.
