Seats in economy are always short on the knees. Paying $25 for checked bag is way out of line. Free is better, but $10 max would be more than enough since fuel charges have gone way down for all air lines.
At no time was I made aware during my booking that I would be charged for a carry on. The total cost added $60 to my flight. I feel completely mislead. Customers also had to pay for water on the flight which was ludicrous.
Ron working the check in desk at United gate B67 to B79 was extremely rude, condescending and combative. I was appealed & offended by him and the way he spoke to me. I also observed his poor treatment of other passengers
I will not longer use United Airlines for my flight needs
the price for the trip does not include that you have to pay for Carry-on, which is an odd expense to passengers. Especially for shorter trips with the round trip the carry on charge would equal up to at least $60. Which would equal to another airline who is comparatively better especially because those airlines aren't worrying about charging the customers for every single thing. Additionally, Frontier isn't a participant of the TS-Pre Check program, which Frontier should advertise.
Everyone was polite and The airplane was clean. Even though we were very late every member on staff was kind, patient, and happy.
We were about 1 1/2 hours off of it original departure time. No one explained a thing to the passengers. We were delayed and when we finally got on the plane we waited a whole hour to take off. There was no information passed to us about how long it would take and our potential wait time. When it is time to check in, we had to purchase our seats. No where, when we bought tickets for this flight, did it say we had to pay extra money to actually sit on the flight.
$35 to check a bag.
$40 for any carry-on that doesn't fit under the seat!
$6 just to select a normal seat.
They make you pay for all beverages or food except "complimentary water."
Very old airplane, if you have any carry-on you'll have to pay $45, the crew wasn't really that friendly, the plane just felt old, like the oldest plane I've ever been on. It didn't take turbulence well, so we were getting knocked around the entire flight. They were offering 'free water" as if it were some big favor.
After flying Frontier Airlines for the first time with my 4 year old daughter, I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the gates, the flight attendants were amazing and both of my flights arrived earlier than expected!!! I will fly Frontier whenever possible!!
No airline miles for flying with this carrier, but for the price of my tickets and for the savings it didn't matter to me anyways!
The second plane was nice and relatively clean. The entertainment system is great.
Delayed 4.5 hours (it was a 1 hour flight) had to deplane multiple times. Ultimately flew on a second plane. There was a raucous, loud, drunk bachelorette party in rows 13,14, & 15 that made it extremely painful to be stuck on the plane and in the terminal (lots of passengers turning their heads and glaring to try to get the party to calm down and stop with the whopping, shrieking and f-bombs--because kids--because trapped on a plane) and the flight crew did NOTHING to calm them down or quiet them. It was awful.
I know it was out of their control, but I'm pretty upset that my flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours and it took 20 minutes to land because I guess there wasn't enough space to land, so our pilot had to circle around Palm Springs for 20 minutes before we could land. Overall, worst flight I've ever been on.
