Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

That same plane, upon taking off back to DTW blew a tire upon take-off, had to do an emergency landing and everyone had to spend the night in NOLA after being delayed all day."

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

I called to see if there was anything I could do to change my flight to the next day and received no help what so ever. They said it would cost $200 just from the start. I couldn't afford that, so I just bought a cheaper one way ticket for the next day, not knowing that if I didn't catch my first flight that my return flight would also be cancelled. When I called to see if I still had my return flight I was told no and one again told it would cost $200 to do anything about it. So in the end, I'm stuck in Denver and bought a round trip ticket for absolutely no reason."

Having not been a frequent flyer, I assumed that this was normal in post 9/11. The male attendant had a cold demeanor, until he was chatting up passengers to buy snacks and drinks. Why sell bar drinks when there is enough disorderly conduct in the air? The plane was cold, noisy and the outside air currents were choppy. No conversation from the pilot was forth coming as to what to expect during the flight. Then there was a the Master Card Commercial. Cons: "Flying home from the Denver Airport (frontier's headquarters) was the ABSOLUTE WORST TRAVELING EXPERIENCE EVER. The Frontier Rep at check-in *Martha, female rep at the Denver Terminal* was incredibly rude, demeaning, and insulting to me. Although I had already checked in online before arriving to the airport, already paid for my checked bag and seat reservation ahead of time, she refused to take my checked bag as it was 3 min past the deadline. As I explained, I already checked in and prepaid, she rolled her eyes at me and said that "because you are trying to check in late you crashed my computer", muttered degrading words under her breath (that I could still hear) as we walked to another computer. I asked to be rescheduled for a later flight, or even send my checked bag out on a later flight, or even mail my checked bag via ups or usps; your Frontier rep told me "your bag is not my problem". She then said the only way to get home was "tomorrow or the day after that". I fully understand the 45 minute deadline. I accept that I missed that cut-off by 3 minutes. I do not understand how a paying customer could be treated so horribly, so disrespectfully. I have tried to get my money back for the checked bag fee and the seat reservation fee, since I never even was allowed to get on the flight; however, frontier repeatedly tells me they are unable to do this. I have never been treated this way and I will never fly Frontier again. I will warn any friends, family, or colleagues of my terrible experience and encourage them to NEVER FLY ON FRONTIER EVER."

Finally someone came and herded us upstairs, gave us no information about our luggage, and had us form a line to file a claim. Frontier staff was utterly unapologetic and had no sense of urgency. I still don't know where my bag is. The plane was supposed to land at 12:45, and I left the airport at 3:30 and missed an important work meeting."

Cons: "Three of us boarded at DIA in Denver on Feb 25 on Frontier Airlines for a flight to New Orleans. We each had one piece of carry on luggage that we placed in the compartment above the seats. There was not additional charge for the carry on. We paid only the cost of our airline ticket. HOWEVER on our return flight Feb 28, we told at the New Orleans Frontier desk there would be an extra charge for the exact carry on luggage we had checked in at Denver fours days before. The extra charge was $40.00 for checking or $45.00 if we carried on our luggage. We explained there was no charge for our carry on's in Denver. That didn't help. SO what choice did we have? We didn't make a scene or issue about this extra charge. We merely paid the extra charge and grumbled on the flight home. You can probably guess about our change in attitude -- from a pleasant flight experience to New Orleans to maybe our next flight will not be on Frontier rather another carrier."

Tray table about the size of an iPhone 6. No entertainment. No snacks. All drinks cost money. Rude staff. Just a disaster of an experience. I'll never fly frontier again."

I will gladly pay more to fly an alternate airline. I hope to never fly this airline again."

I liked that the pregant woman who had a child less than two years of age seated on my left and the mother of the mother seated to my right whose child was less than a year old was considerate enough of the rest of the passengers to go above and beyond to try to keep their children quiet. They endured very much uncomfortable positions due to lack of space to suceed and meet their expectations of child quietness . they both get a well done from me. It could have been a big noisey problem."
