I had asked for a wheelchair but I had to hunt down someone and when I disenbarked, there was no one there to help me and I had to walk all the way up the ramp and could not breathe ,a few of the passengers were very upset because I could not catch my breath,they were more helpful than the airlines. The young lady who was supposed to help me did not show. A passenger started to push the wheel chair towards where I was supposed to be picked up by my son. Things were more organized in Portland,Oregon. The flight was very good.

Cons: "Tell us it's in terminal 1. We already had to go back and forth through terminal 2 from checkin on one side, back up escalater to other side, then back to check-in side through security. I had to drag my checking bag since you have an extra small check-in size, so my roller stayed home. Then once upstairs it's 1/2 mi through the terminal back to 1. I would have picked up a bag mover if I had any idea. Since I did check-in on line, I could have gone directly in terminal 1 if I was told. I also would have missed my flight if I hadn't come early to the airport."

Cons: "A woman thought she had my seat. She said "I am 29A" and so I quickly got the steward so we could resolve the complication. It turned out she read 29A on her itinerary only it was for an earlier leg of the trip. Instead of understanding her accidental oversight, the steward said to us both, "you have 29C and you 29A whats the problem?" I understand he was busy, only 2 passengers booked for the same seat would cause a problem on a full flight. He should have understood her accidental self-seat assignment change because she read the seat from the earlier flight. She and I weren't trying to have issues, we just wanted to sort out what we thought was an overlap in seat assignments."
Cons: "It's confusing that SFO to SNA is in international. I almost missed my flight after running to the air train in a mad dash after going through security in domestic Alaska. Stressful..."
Pros: "Overall, this flight was excellent. Customer service was great from the attendants to the lady scanning our boarding passes. Flight was on-time, not over-packed, and had free wi-fi with a good connection. I'll try to fly Alaska when possible in the future."
Cons: "The seats were a little squeaky and there was little to no leg room, but I really wasn't to disappointed about this since that's just the way airplanes are today. Comfort was average."
Pros: "The crew were even more friendly and chatted with me, the flight was more empty so I had an entire row to myself and was able to sit near the lavatory. I was ablessed to watch "Hidden Figures" during the flight, a movie I had been anxious to watch but had not had the time. And the coffee was delicious! Whenever I make my own travel arrangements I always fly with Alaska!"

Pros: "apparently alaska is doing a new thing where they promise to have your luggage to the claim within 20 minutes of parking at the gate (or you get discounts for future transactions w/ alaska.) i timed it on my phone: it took us about 16 minutes to get to the claim after parking, and sure enough our luggage was waiting for us - not bad alaska!"

Pros: "Sonoma county airport is the easiest airport to travel through with the friendliest TSA and airport employees. I got there 40min before my flight where I checked my baggage, went through security, and had 15min to spare before boarding."
Cons: "The main terminal could really use some love. It's just a bungalow type of room with a vending machine. I really wish they had tables with chairs and a way to order a drink/food via the restaurant that's outside the terminal. This isn't a huge deal considering the airport itself only does one flight at a time so getting through security is easy. Just check any baggage you're not carrying on and go to the restaurant. About 20-30min before the flight go through security (5min process and they're probably still 10 min from boarding). It's one plane so it's easy to get through security and To get on the plane."
Pros: "I don't have any bad thing to say about the overall trips it was wonderful the stewardess was as nice as it could be and the pilot did a good job of landing and taking off so my overall trip was wonderful I would not change a thing"

Pros: "I was running late but was already checked in, the flight boarded at 5:30am and was schedule to take off at 6:15. They were nice enough to keep the cabin doors open as I finally boarded at 6:05am, making the flight. Not to mention we even arrived about a couple minutes earlier than scheduled."
