Gate agent was extremely rude and yelling at passengers during boarding. Then onboard, a flight attendant was also yelling at passengers. Ruined the experience, Alaska is usually better than this.

Gate agent was extremely rude and yelling at passengers during boarding. Then onboard, a flight attendant was also yelling at passengers. Ruined the experience, Alaska is usually better than this.

The attendants seemed a little stressed, but were very nice. Boarding required taking a shuttle bus to the plane, which was weird and we were packed in like sardines. The internet worked great which was nice. The flight was quite bumpy, but that seemed to be a weather issue more than anything. I got where I needed to get, so overall it was fine!

Staff friendly. Impressed that she spray cleaned the seat when I voluntarily moved to another before take-off.

Plane late by an hour. Would be nice if it is on time

The Drop Bag sounded like a good idea, but in reality it was a very long line with few employees to assist as you did the work to check in your bag. Take a carry on bag and skip Drop Bag! Our flight was delayed several times with no explanation. What food? We had a choice of apple juice or water.

The guy on the boarding gate, welber was very helpfula nd was able to help me, my wife and 2 young children be seated all together. The bad experience that i had on this flight was the flight crew- i waited for 15-20mins to retrieve my kid’s gate checked stroller. The flight crew didnt even apologize and told me to step on the side when i was already. Also the bag drop process was a pain. The machine keeps on having a lot of errors that wont take my bag. That took me alot of time to check my bag

I can’t rate this negatively, but gave a 4 vs 5. I’m grateful for the 2 flights back from Yakima to Seattle, and it was on time and in bad weather. There was a delay with de-icing once we got on the plane, and had to wait to take off for sometime. If there could have been better communication of why we were not taking off that would have been helpful. Otherwise, I’m grateful the flight was not delayed technically, or cancelled and appreciate the airlines keeping the flight. Thank you
