Was very comfortable and enjoyable, can't think of anything else to improve - thank you.

Direct connection to US. Otherwise no in flight food choice and food quality is poor. Not much entertainment choices and are outdated. I just starved and slept through the flight.

Leg room space and gap in beteen seats

Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room.

Pushed to check in carry on bags when overhead compartments had enough space. Very poor food and staff on Singapore to India flight.

It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.

The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

serving food w.ith heavy air tubulance is not advisable especially with hot drinks. Late serving may irritate some passengers but food can wait and safety of the crew is more important..

Pros: "The crew was very polite and very helpful. Boarding process was smooth and easy, however, the Singapore airport has security checks at every gate prior to boarding. This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."

We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."

Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

All he said at that time was "sorry for the delay,";no explanation. The flight attendance kept saying 20 mins. The captain locked the crew door so the crew also had no idea what was going on. The 6+hour delay wasn't the problem. Things happen. The problem was the non existing communication. I read the the regulations for delays like that on their website and it stated that after 4 hours they have to give us the option to get off the plane. That didn't happen until 30 mins before we took off. It also stated that the captain needs to keep us updated every 30 mins. That again, didn't happen. People were hysterical, for obvious reasons. Ithe was the worst flight I have ever taken."

I have never had a flight attendant force herself into a bathroom and invade someone's privacy. It was beyond rude and inappropriate. The lead flight attendant apologized, but it was well after the incident. I will never ever fly China Southern again."

I was hijacked in a taxi from the official taxi stand - a typical fare of 100 yuan and he charged me 400 yuan only once in the taxi."

My seats were not shown on my record; so I called and was told that my seats had already been assigned and confirmed. We had 4 checked bags for two passengers. However, they did not transfer all the bags at Guangzhou from Sydney to Incheon. The baggage clerk quickly found the bag and said it would be delivered to Daejeon the next day. We will continue to fly China Southern as much as possible because of the good fares and great service."

Cons: "On my return flight, someone change my seat assignment from toyko to Shanghai. And Shanghai to San Francisco . I reserved my seat assignment back in October. Am I suppose to call in to confirm seat assignment again?"
Pros: "China Eastern came in several hundred dollars less than the competition for our roundtrip international flights from NYC to Bangkok via Shanghai. Because of this, we were naturally a bit worried. China Eastern did not disappoint. Their check in process and boarding process is a bit lengthy; however, we boarded seamlessly and were able to be as comfortable as possible during our 15 hour flights. 3 meals were served in this time period, and a pillow and blanket and earphones were provided. There was never a long line for the toilets, and there was an ample selection of movies on the entertainment front. Overall, would use China Eastern again for our international travels to Asia."

Blasted weird music while landing and taking off. Plane was dirty even for airplane standards. Other passengers smelled. Flight was delayed. Food was awful. Website doesn't work for anything including checking in."

There is no way that is legit or ok, especially when water is sometimes hard to come by because staff members are busy and only give you a small amount each time they come around."

Cons: "We had a 12 hour delayed flight and was unable to find any staff who could help us. They continued to say we had to wait to get to Shanghai and the staff would help us there. We arrived to Shanghai to find a frantic staff unwilling to give us much information aside from our new flight number, the following day, and that they would put us in a hotel. Hotel was a loose term. They herded all the people with missed connections onto a charter bus, drove us 20 minutes away from the airport to one of the most foul and grotesque sleeping arrangements I've ever seen. There were stains and mold everywhere. And the "bed" was a boxspring. The "breakfast buffet" in the morning had flies swarming around all of the food. It was a miserable experience."

Cons: "Cancelled flight without reason. Terrible hotel and tried to make all travelers share a room. Breakfast at host hotel was three packs of crackers. No flight u til next morning and further delayed by two hours on tarmac."

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Pros: "The flight arrive on time. The airline did all they could to accommodate late passengers and even held back about 10 minutes because of the long lines at customs. Despite holding back they still manage to get us to our destination on time."

The truth is that Air Asia prefers to sell those seats instead of making sure that you would be comfortable with a baby boarding."

Cons: "Something delayed the takeoff of all planes at Shanghai. 2 hour backup. We were moving but slowly."
Pros: "My previous flight was delayed so I missed the plane I was scheduled for, but Air China found me a replacement flight that was only a couple of hours later. Despite the extra passengers from the delayed flight the plane still had a few empty seats and I was able to take an exit seat for extra legroom (I'm 6'5"), although I will still upgrade in future."

Pros: "Air China is a good solid performer...with modern planes and decent staff. Clean, On-time, safe. Our 748-8 had a modern entertainments system. Seats a bit tight for a 5'10 guy...but fine for my 5'1" wife."
Cons: "PEK boarding ramps really rundown at PEK. Signage for Immigration misleading. Range of local overnight hotels is more aimed at smoking business travelers from China....not some must Americans and Europeans. Transfers to and from airport can be unreliable...especially for very early or late flights. Coris hotel is a safe but expensive choice...with excellent staff and transit vans."

Cons: "The bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet seats had deeply etched crusty yellow stains. My pillow had someone's long hair on it and shunks of shaggy lint (I wouldn't use an airline pillow, but still a revolting sight). Air China has a strictly enforced prohibition against using cell phones (even in flight mode) so if you haven't brought a laptop or tablet you're stuck with their limited entertainment system options."

Food was ok, service was ok. It was the cheapest flight and now I know why."

Entertainment system had touch screen that was very difficult to use, 90 percent Chinese movies, and headphone was very unsatisfactory."
