The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.
Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.

The plane was overbooked and the crew was very rude. My luggage was never put on the plane. I got to NY and waited 2 hours just to find out that my luggage was left.
My suitcase 🧳 got missing we still looking for it This not good for them 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤦🏽♀️
Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice
it was a nice tripe but they need to work on the serving of soda,they should be abled to serve cain soda not on cup.At least each passenger should be entitled to one cain of soda not serving on cup.thanks.
On my return flight the TV did not work the entire flight! They knew it wasn’t working but they let me sit there. The guy sitting nièce to me told me he was ok the previous flight and it wasn’t working. This is business class by the way!
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.
Great until k found out they never got my check bags onto the plane.
It was pretty decent mostly cause I have leg room.
The first leg of our booked flight was severely delayed, and by the time I could get to an agent to see about re-booking, it was impossible to arrive in time to board for the final leg to Reykjavik. We were flown by American Airlines to Heathrow but didn't arrive in time to take the British Airways flight. BA only flies once a day to Reykjavik, so we had to purchase an absurdly expensive flight through Icelandair out of Gatwick to arrive in time for an excursion that started at 9 a.m. the next day. Our luggage got lost in the meantime and wasn't found for several days.
God food! Although some of the snacks were not to my taste. Nice amenities in premium economy made for a comfortable flight. The pilot was able to make up about half the time we were delayed in the ground (we were delayed over an hour before takeoff due to a shortage of tugs) Nice movie selection for entertainment. We were last to board the second leg of our flight due to.complications during transfer from the first flight of our trip, but did manage to board in time. We really enjoyed the video presentation for flight safety. Hilarious gets your attention! Really nice, sufficient accommodations for overhead storage, didn't seem crowded or jam packed. I enjoyed being able to track the flight on my monitor. I was disappointed that there wasn't free WiFi during the flight, I thought that was a complimentary service but you had to pay extra. It felt like we were nickled and dimed on that one.
