It was close to my conference venue.

The hotel was a bit 'tired.' While my room may have been clean, the outdated furniture and extremely hard mattress contributed to an uncomfortable feeling.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were so comfortable. The rooms were also pretty decently sized. We fit myself, my husband, and our 2 toddlers in the room with still alot of space. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the location. Its about a 10 min drive from the mall, and most anything else you would want to go to.

Some hair on the bathroom floor. And the wireless internet did not work and there was no one that could help though the sweet lady named Sandra tried her hardest! No hot tub or pool very upsetting.

Building going on right next door. Thought it was expensive for what it was. No free breakfast and it cost xxx. I don't think I would stay there again. There are much nicer hotels for that price but I thought Priceline would give a good price.

mold in shower that could not be remediated by cleaning staff. Staff indicated they were previously aware but have not had enough unbooked room days to address it.

Close to IH40. Nice room.

This hotel takes pets. Our hallway smelled of pet urine.

Lovely, updated facility. Clean. Amazing mattress. Excellent surprise to have the buffet breakfast which helped us so much with our tight schedule.

the STAFF.awful experience. priceline confirmation said check out 12pm. we left at 12. they charged--- because they say it was 11. very rude people too.did not tell us about the charge either.discrimination towards hipanics.

The breakfast was fantastic and room was great. One of my favorite places to stay when I visit.

Love having the extra room of a suite with two TVs. Kitchen and table for dining are a plus. Whirlpool had powerful jets and was HOT -- just what the doctor ordered after traveling all day.

Pool area felt a bit claustrophic (compared to Embassy Suites Greensboro).

Things were not as clean as they could have been and the hotel was VERY noisy.

Bathroom layout was awkward and didn't allow many people to share the sink.

The pillows were small and flat. Restaurant could be open longer.

Three times I asked the gentleman behind the desk to see about the heater in the room: it either roasted us like peanuts, or mad icicles out of us. Nothing was done about it.

Quiet and clean

No elevators. Construction/carpet installation on going. Only shower n the room not bathtub. Most vending machines were out of order.

The breakfast service was terrific as well as the staff at the food and reception areas

Everything was great

that it was nearby delicious restaurants and drug and grocery stores.

The new layout of the lobby makes the hotel feels so much more like home! Also, the staff could not have been nicer!

No free coffee was available in the lobby in spite of a sign that said it was available and to get a cup from the front desk. The only choice was star bucks at retail price. I am not a fan of star bucks coffee.
