My rental experience was great over all. I got a Chrysler minivan, and it was great for my four kiddos and me. It was very clean and had no issues for our two hour drive. Staff at the pick up and drop off locations were very friendly as well. It would have been nice to not have to wait a while to check in and get my keys (I was 5th in line, I believe), but I know everywhere is hurting for staff these days.Reviewed Jun 30 2022

Windshield wipersPros:Overall, 99% was excellent. Thank you.Cons:I hit a heavy rain on my way home to Memphis. The windshield wipers were horrible. I recommend either replacing them more frequently or applying RainX to the windshield. Ensuring the safety of your driver should be a priority.Reviewed Nov 29 2016
