Cons:Was told they didnt have a full size car and was upgrading to a SUV. Then they tried to convince me me to buy their gas package because it would save me money. The whole the sales rep was on the phone talking to a friend. I wnet to the numbered spot and couldnt find a SUV, wqalked around fr a few minutes then used the car alarm to find the car - a toyota camry-CLEARLY NOT AN SUV!Reviewed Nov 22 2016

Unknowingly upgraded with an upgraded priceCons:I booked a compact car and given a Nissan Sentra - did not know this was a mid-size and was then charged for a mid-size. Front license plate falling off and smelled like there were smokers in the car previously and covered up with a fragrance spray.Reviewed Nov 14 2016
