Cons: The fact that I was denied my rental. If you accept a debit card and my card clearly says debit on the front of itchy can you not accept it.

Pros: The car was clean. Drove well and getting the car was done very quick and not a lon wait.
Cons: The person that was helping had a little attitude. Was having a personal side conversation while she was helping and it was hard to ask questions because she wasn't paying me much attention.
