Rental company should provide equivalent car as per agreement. Car given to me was smaller Hundai I10, whereas we book bigger car. Car was new but it's fuel gauge was not correctly showing the fuel level in the tank.Reviewed May 26 2024

Pros:One lady very good and quick taking care of customers.Cons:It's impossible to understand how much they are going to charge. They tried to increase the price of the car of a lot of money. Thankfully I had the email showing the price I had reserved it for. They overcharge for deposits through a 3rd party company and they are not sure when the deposit will be returned, if it will be returned, as several people had issues with it. The deposit is $1000. There was a nice lady working there. 2 men standing next to her didn't want to help us out, one asked the other to help and he said no! When returned the car and asked for a receipt with charges they tried to tell us they would have emailed us. Not very professional!Reviewed May 10 2021
