Pickup at the airport was quick and easy, especially with the car on the airport property and a short walk from the terminal. The car was better than advertised, clean, few miles, and performed perfectly. Alamo did not answer their telephone at 1:17 am when my plane landed in Fairbanks, AK. I had arrived early and wanted to pick up my rental car at 1:17 am. The contracted pickup time was set for 10:00 am. All Alamo's advertised information said they were open to 1:30 am. Later that same morning, I arrived at 10:58 am for my 10:00 am pickup. Alamo had given away my rental. No phone call. Nothing to see if I was on the way. And the desk clerk was dismissive and not the least bit apologetic about it.Reviewed Mar 17 2023
