Line too long on the return of the rental. Only one CSR was working for a line of around 20 people. It took about 30” before another CSR was added. Still not enough to process the line in a timely manner.Reviewed Jul 20 2026

The only negative was the windshield wipers. The right side one was, the rubber was falling offf and the left one left a streak in my field of view. Bur overall, it was a great experience.Reviewed May 7 2024

Just my opinion That you should be made more clear, it was their choice of vehicle. I thought I was getting one car and I ended up with it entirely different car. I did receive with OK, there is nothing wrong with it but it wasn't what I originally intended to rent. I did email customer service and they explained I rented a premium vehicle and what I got is a premium be vehicle.Reviewed Apr 16 2024
