No bathrooms at Madrid Alamo site, just hits with no TP or way to wash hands, very gross. Car wasn't washed, windshield dirty. Kept us from noticing a small windshield star until we were off driving. It was hard to get a picture of it and nobody answered the phone. We didn't have time to circle back. Ended up causing a fuss in Sevilla when we returned it. Luckily the manager found the damage previously noted in the car repair log, it had been repaired but reappeared. The gas was also 3/4 fill, s PITA since some stations have attendants who want to fill it up and husband had to haggle with that.Reviewed May 4 2024

Had a great experience. Checking in at the airport to collect our car was fast and seamless (plenty of cars were available to choose from) and there was no haggling or change in my rate. The drop off process was also seamless. We were unloaded and had a final receipt within minutes. Would definitely rent from them again!Reviewed May 1 2024
