Pros:Staff were nice.Cons:I want aware that I couldn't use a debit card at that location. Had to drive all the way home and back to get a credit card. Lots of construction and traffic. Wasted an hour of time. Very inconvenient. That information should be BIG AND BOLD online.Reviewed Aug 11 2019

Pros:The staff was very helpful, the car was clean and included a free upgrade from what was already purchased. The cost was much less than I pay from another rental agency, despite the other agency's rewards program. Also the hours of operation for Alamo are superior to the other rental agency.Reviewed Mar 12 2019

Smooth ride, bumpy customer service`Pros:Since they were out of the sedans I had reserved, it was nice to be able to take a small SUV instead. Great ride, clean car, ready to go.Cons:However, I feel like the desk staff didn't explain things very well. I was also disappointed that the 2nd driver fee was unexpected and pretty much blew my budget out of the water.Reviewed Jul 10 2018

AZO on-site rental drop-off needs improvementCons:There were no clear instructions at the AZO airport for dropping off. We had to call Alamo to figure out what to do. After receiving the local number and calling them, we were told we needed to take the keys from the rental and bring them in to them. Signs in clear view in the parking lot would have saved time and been less stressful when all you want to do is go home after a cancelled flight forced acquiring a rental to get to your home airport.Reviewed Jan 22 2018

Cons:Gas was 1/8 tank less as I picked it from Kalamazoo.tried to get insurance at the pick up point. Online they quoted 7.99-11.99 and at site Alamo tried to charge 19.95. Alamo wants to charge an additional 11.99 for spouse to drive.Reviewed Jan 12 2018
