Pros: The customer service rep at the Springfield, IL airport was very helpful.
Cons: I had a hold on the account because of an issue that I was unaware of through Enterprise. I was renting this on a Sunday and the office that could have resolved this was closed. I am thankful that there was another car rental company available. It would have been helpful to have known about an issue before or as I was securing my reservation.

Had to wait because vehicle was not there.
Cons: I had to get a rental and be on the road at 12:30. So I scheduled the pick up for 12:00. At 12:30 the vehicle just showed up, I then had to wait for it to be inspected and cleaned. This made me late and having to hurry to catch a flight out. Was any apology or compensation offered, NO. Very surprising in a market w so many choices.

Pros: The counter was closed when I arrived to pick up the car. I had a family emergency and needed to get home to Washington DC early band was unable to make my flight that evening. I will never rent from Alamo again.
Cons: Everything. And when I sent them an email about it they had the audacity to wish me a happy new year. They don't even deserve 1 star.
