Pros:The car was great, service was great, and everything was easy.
Pros:Nice new rental area at Bob Hope airport. Glad to have the cars right next to the terminal.
Cons:Drop off agent was not very attentive. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him.
Pros:Return customer service.

Pros:Customer service. Ease of transaction. Dropping off the car - you don't need to go to the Alamo location/stand to check out. There are guys that will scan the car for you and print out a receipt. It was a fairly easy process!
Cons:This specific location is hard to find (along w/all the other car rental locations at Bob Hope if it's your first time renting from there). At Burbank Airport, you can't just expect to find the car rental location based on the address. Follow the signs for "Car Rental Return" and you'll see Alamo as an option on the 2nd level of the parking structure. Van windows were foggy so I had to clean that myself.
Pros:Staff was efficient with pickup and drop off.
Cons:One of the filthiest cars I have ever rented. Clearly the vehicle was abused by previous renters but the fact that any cleanup was mininum (at best) leaves a bad reflection on the company. There were stains/marks of spilled fluids, what looked like beach sand under the seats, missing knobs on the stereo, layer of dust on the dashboard.
Pros:They upgrade the vehicule because they dont have one immidiatly
Pros:We were in and out in about 2 minutes (& as our plane had been delayed & we had an appointment to get to, were beyond grateful for this!). Drop off was similar, quick & efficient. The employees were friendly & competent,too- overall, super happy!
