Cons:Took too long to find us a vehicle despite booking in advance.

Cons:I requested a pick at LAX and it gave me one at Burbank (45 minutes away). I was forced to make other arrangements when I realized this. It was a disaster and enormous amount of time and $60 worth of taxi fees + whatever I paid for the reservation.

Pros:I was in town for a family member's funeral and the rental counter would not rent the SUV to me because it was "too expensive" to rent to a debit card holder not carrying a major credit card. They suggested I arrive in a passenger van instead.

Pros:The car was new, clean , comfortable and smooth. The Staff at the pickup location was very friendly and provided us different options to choose our favorite car. He was professional, attentive and friendly.
Cons:The price could have been more customers pockets friendly. They should extend pickup and drop off service for all future customers.
