Pros:Love the excellent service at enterprise and the cold water. Also the large selection

Cons:The car rental location at Hobby Airport Houston was closed and I had to wait over an hour to return the car! The Alamo customer representative gave horrible information telling me to just leave the car and they will come wherever it is and pick it up. I needed to catch a flight and was a horrible experience!
