Cons:Power outage at Alamo. Redirected to Enterprise. Booked and paid for a luxury sedan. Was given a Nissan Rogue after 2 hours of waiting
Cons:The vehicle smelled like someone smoked in it, it wasn’t comfortable.
Pros:Bussiness hours are not right. First flight at hobby airport is at 6am , so if they open at 5, I have to check the bags, go thru the check point and then walk to the gate. I almost lost my flight.
Cons:Move back the operating hours to 4am. Thats my suggestion.
Pros:Everything went very smoothly. I was shocked that I didn't stand in any lines to talk to someone.
Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:Pickup & drop off was relatively painless. Neither rep demonstrated a welcoming attitude. All business. Pickup rep was eating while helping the customer ahead of me at pickup.
Cons:A quick review of operating functions would have been helpful. I am a senior citizen not used to the new electronic wizardry. My wife & I spent a few minutes doing that at pickup and later again with headlight & windshield wiper settings. Picking up a vehicle and being thrust into traffic with rainy weather is not my idea of fun.
Pros:Car was clean and new. Model was just what we expected after reserving online.
Cons:Waiting in line to pick up the car. Only one person working the desk who would sometimes switch off with another.
Easy and quick rental plus great car in excellent conditions.
Friendly service
We had to wait for over an hour to pick up this car. Don’t rent from this location.
