Cons:It is 2017, and the cars being rented need to be updated. Even if it's a value car. No back up camera, no usb ports. These are things that should be available at all car points.

Cons:The car I rented had ants that kept coming out of the air conditioning?! We would find it randomly coming out and onto the dashboard. At least 10 of them.

Pros:Alamo counter was closed when we went to pick up the car. I called up both Alamo and kayak yesterday for a refund. I was told that I still be charged $10.00. This is highway robbery!!!!
