Pros:Clean car, staff comprehensive

Pros:Relatively quick and easy pick up and drop-off.
Cons:The car really smelled bad of weed. I thought if I rolled the windows down it would air out so I took the car but nope. It was so strong and I noted it when I dropped the car back off. I don’t smoke weed so I thought it was horrible. I know it’s legal and I don’t care if people do but I don’t want to drive around all the time smelling it. It was really bad.

Pros:There is nothing I like about Dollar rent a car. They are horrible
Cons:I had made a reservation for a car and when I came to Dollar rent a Car they told me that they did not have any cars available for me. I asked them how that could be when I had a reservation and they could not answer my question. I then asked if they could upgrade the car, and they said that they would have to charge me for that, even though they did not have my car that I had made a reservation for. I told them that every other rental car company would accomodate the customer and provide an upgrade for free as they did not have the car, but they didn't care. They told me it would be 20 minutes before I could get a car, and every time the 20 minutes were up, they said it would be another 20 minutes. I waited a total of at least 3 hours. During this time I asked to talk to a manager at least 5 times, and they said that he was not available. The attendant even gave me the manager's cell phone which I called, and he didn't answer. They finally just gave me a car that someone just then returned after I waited for 3 hours, they did not clean the car, and they did not want to mark all the "dings" and scratches the car had on their paperwork. When I returned the car, they wanted to charge me extra as the time I took the car out was not modified to reflect that it was taken 3 hours after it was suppose to. My advice is never go to Dollar. They have the worse customer service. They lie about their wait time and charge you more money then they should

Cons:Very minor disconnect between Dollar desk and Pick Up. Was not given car mentioned but was still in the Premium class.
Pros:Toyota Camry was a very nice car, just had to pay 3 times what I was expecting to get it!
Cons:I thought I had reserved a full size car and was surprised when we arrived at Dollar to discover that we had a compact car. We had to pay extra to get the car that I had reserved.
Pros:They didn’t want to validate the price you guys offered including the insurance supposedly that insurance doesn’t cover the car is an insurance you guys offer for your company but it’s not for the car. The charge me more than the price showed in my reservation
Cons:Be honest and not try to take advantage of clients even when I return the car I was charge another $30 on top of the xtra fees I was supposed to pay to make sure the car was fully covered
Pros:The car rental was fine until I asked about their grace time if I got the car back 5 minutes late. The agent told me there was no grace time and the coas for an extra 5 minutes would be more than the cost of my two-day rental.
Cons:Everything else.
