Pros:The staff was courteous
Cons:The reservation did not came up in their system, even when I was able to find it on the Alamo web portal. Only after calling their corporate service center they activated the reservation. Then the clerk told me at least 1 hour for bringing a car from another location. Really slow nasty process.

Alamo is normally excellent but they need to be clear by what they mean are hybrid cars. Commonly Hybrids and a combination of electric and fossil fuel. This vehicle was exclusively petrol only.
Pros:Nothing the reservation wasn't worth it.
Cons:The car that we had reserved it was given to someone else. We had two reservations with Alamo my daughter lost her car as well. They give first come first serve reservation or not. Hertz matched the price and had a car ready for us.
Pros:Never got the car. The car rental place tried to charge me 4 times the price on kayak.

Cons:Arrived and a car was not available even though we had the reservation. Very frustrating but luckily other rental car places are right there in Mexico City airport that were willing to rent for, of course, more money.
