Cons:What's the point of making a reservation when on arrival, despite confirming your reservation, the agency has no cars available? I had to find another rental agency and pay significantly more at the last minute.

Pros:Staff was brutal, they tried to con us, we had to wait 1.5 hours to get the shuttle to the rental car and we didn’t take the car because they were trying to con us!
Cons:You need to have communication between the car rental place. They had no idea we were coming. I had filled out my time of pick up and flight number and nobody there new anything. They also tried telling us we had to buy mandatory insurance which was $1200 USD. I had another insurance policy in place but they wouldn’t let me leave without buying there’s. My wife, infant child and I than left there at 230am to go back to the airport and grab a taxi so we could go to our destination and sleep. We ended up renting another vehicle from elsewhere at a reasonable price. I will never book anything with kayak again

Pros:I liked the communication part of the transaction. I was sent an Itinerary confirming my rental. I even called the enterprise rental office in Mexico to clarify some questions about my rental, and they were most helpful. I even confirmed that they were going to have the mini van I had reserved ready for me when I arrived at the airport. Funny thing was that they told me I was all set.
Cons:When I arrived in Mexico, I was told they were a franchise and that they did not have any mini van reserved for me. I showed them my reservation and itinerary that was sent a couple of days earlier, but the agent told me that they did not have any mini van. The best he could do was get me into a Jeep Wrangler. I couldn't fit my whole family with luggage into a jeep. They did not offer me any other solution but to cancel my reservation. I didn't make any other arrangements because I was confident my confirmed reservation was going to be ready. Now we were stranded in Mexico city with out any transportation thanks to enterprise. We managed to get directions as to how we could use public transportation to our destination. It took us all day utilizing 3 buses and paying for two cabs to reach our destination. Very poor service and ruined my vacation, because we had no transportation other that buses to get around.
