Pros:Speediest check in I have seen, and return process was also extremely efficient.

Cons:Shortly after leaving Alamo, the snow began, I turned on my windshield wiper to find that one side was broken - the rubber was shredded and it was partially on creating a metal-on-metal scratching on the glass. I returned the car early, as quickly as possible, flustered and realized I didn't stop for gas and had used 1/4 tank. I said to the girl that I was so nervous with the broken windshield wiper and wanting to get the car back that I forgot to stop for gas and so I needed to leave and go get gas. She said, oh, its not much, so its OK. Then found out she charged me anyway. I went to the desk to file a complaint about being given a car without good wipers and to not let anyone else take that car out until fixed as it was not safe in the rain/snow that was occurring. They agreed to take off the gas charge but did not adjust the fact that I had to bring it back early.
