First, I received my email with a confirmation number reserving my vehicle, a Pacifica minivan. Got to the counter and the employee stated my reservation was canceled. They had no more large vehicles to rent. I did not cancel my reservation. I was in a panic as I had three children to haul around plus adults. The employee was kind enough to go in the back to speak with someone and they found me an SUV. I feel I could have been given a break on my rate as the reservation some how was canceled.Reviewed Aug 20 2024

The staff from the nice guy at the counter, the girl in the booth and the friendly return guy were all fantastic. The car itself had dings all over it. It was missing paint on the driver's door. It didn't have any floor mats. Carpet was ripped or slashed on the passenger side and messed up on the driver's side as well. We were running late for a dinner appointment when we arrived or I would've never drove off in that vehicle. On the plus side, it did get us from point A to point B.Reviewed Nov 26 2023
