Pros:I like so much experience well
Cons:Staff recommended a switch to AWD. Price went from about $ 250 to $950.
Pros:The Budget employees in Reno were great - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
Cons:We had a problem with the low-light beams on the car that made driving at night in the mountains difficult. We pointed it out to the staff upon returning the car - think the beams were maladjusted
Long wait for pick up
Cons:I had chosen Reno airport as my pickup location. However, upon arriving, I come to find out that the pickup location is 8 miles away!!! AND CLOSED!!! We were delayed on our departure flight, and missed our connection... I talked to a Budget agent at the airport, and they were willing to rent me a car... for almost double the price!!! I went to a competitor at the airport, and was able to rent a car for the price I found online.

Cons:I was charged a ridiculous amount of fees when I picked the car up that were not disclosed when I rented it online. Even though I denied every single additional offer the person at the pickup location offered me, I was still charged three times what I originally believed I would have to pay. I very much doubt I will ever be renting a car through this service again.
